Deleted the build, because due to recent changes I feel this build is just no longer worth the effort of playing it, with changes to unresistable damage and the reliance on a huge weapons collection and obsessive weapon buff control.

Because I was bored I ran the math using average physical immunities and resists of all abyss mobs I have kv on, and your str mod, base goad damage, not including tag benefits since you don't have it pre-LL tagged. Divine Wrath against abyss mobs will average a damage increase of 7.2, as opposed to the previous 20, assuming that you have IoF or +15, with +14 the increase will probably be entirely soaked. Also against high DR/- bosses like obox-ob you can expect to be doing 0s with any weapon.

That's true, but not entirely fair. How does it compare to other dexers. The valid comparison shouldn't be it before -vs- it after because that benchmarks it against an unresistable divine damage build. CoT's were in general over powered offensively and reducing damage on unresistable divine damage builds was part of the reason for SOME of these changes.
The relavant question should be how much damage does it do versus other melees in general, and other dexers more specifically. I'm making no statement on how it does in this regard... it might turn out to be horrible, but I think the comparison you've made above is the wrong one.
I've grouped with you on this build before the changes and you were consistantly at or near the top of damage, sometimes with multiples of damage of a standard RDD or DD tank, and with the AC and soak it is a very hardy build. Dropping from 20 - 7.2 divine is alot, but where would that put you now in comparison with the other non-dp/dw melees?
I also think it's silly to delete the original build post and probably a reaction to a nerf on a toon i know you love to play. It stings, but I wouldn't remove information from the boards like that as it's a loss to the community. Even historical builds are valuable for understanding how to build a good char. I'd suggest you rather make a note of how the build was made worse and leave it alive for suggestions or adaptations.

Because I was bored I ran the math using average physical immunities and resists of all abyss mobs I have kv on Assuming you made no other adjustments, I do not believe this analysis is completely accurate as some resistances were dropped as part of this update. If further balancing of enemy resists is required, it will be done (after actual playtest).
