I lost a Portable Hole in reinc. Not sure why... is it possible to take bound items first, then the remaining tags? If so, I might have done that and not gotten the hole due to missing Toyshop tag. If I re-do the reinc and pick tags first, would I get the hole back? Or could a DM restore then hole perhaps?
Old toon: Alice New toon: Alice D
Thanks.

logs will have to be checked I would guess... bound items are bound items. I have always gotten my thids healing pots back before I reclaimed tags. Are you sure you remembered to use the hole once so it would be bound to you?

Alice had it bound, she used the hole several times. Alice D got the Thids beaker back, which is strange... if both beaker and hole need the respective tag to be restored in reinc, she should have gotten either both or neither.

The beaker doesn't require tag, it doesn't even require immortality.

Stupid question, but have you talked to the light again after getting your xp and tags as an immortal and asked to reclaim your bound items? The beaker is given earlier in the reinc process, but the Hole isn't, iirc.

Yes, I completed the reinc process until the only option when talking to the light again was "I cannot continue etc..." I re-did reinc yet again, and again got no Portable Hole. Here's a screenshot that shows that I had all tags when I claimed bound items. I logged to a different server before claiming bound items to make sure all the character info is updated. I'm reasonably sure I didn't do anything wrong this time... Edit: I should add: I upgraded from Illithid to Genie on this reinc, in case that matters.

I'll double-check this in the logs and get your portable hole reimbursed. Sorry for the delay.
