Requirements:
Cleric: 10 levels
Wizard: 10 Levels

Upon Achieving Level 35
Perks:
Harm Touch
Upon achieving Shadowknight Status at level 35, the character gains the ability to perform a Harm Touch on their target, dealing (CL + STR Modifier)d20 negative damage to their target.
If after finding the Shadowknight secret, the character may also inflict (STR Mod)/3 stacking negative damage vulnerability to the target after having applied the damage.
This ability may be used once every 45 minutes.
At level 45 this ability may be used every 30 minutes.
At level 60 this ability may be used every 15 minutes.
Leech Touch
Upon achieving level 45, the character gains the ability to perform a Leech Touch. This allows the Shadowknight to touch a creature vulnerable to death magic and kill it (if it fails a save of (Strength - 10)). If the creature fails the save, not only does it die, but its fading life essence heals the Shadowknight completely. Should the creature succeed the save, its life is halved and no healing is done. Creatures immune to Death Magic are touched as by a Harm Touch for half damage, and without the negative damage affliction.
At level 60 this ability may be used every 30 minutes.
Shroud of the Nightborn
After achieving level 50, the Shadowknight gains the Shroud of the Nightborn. Upon striking the enemy there is a 5% chance that they will steal the life from their target. The lifedraw will steal (BG Levels Including LL)d8 life (in negative damage) and grant half that much to all members of the party (Heal, not Temp HP).
Harm Shield
A level 60 Shadowknight has become a master of pain. As a result, she can ignore pain for short amounts of time completely.
Every 15 minutes, the Shadowknight gains a personal 18 second invulnerability (to be triggered whenever the character desires).
Spell Casting
The Shadowknight uses her Strength modifier in determining DC for her spells, Additionally, her Wizard Levels, Cleric Levels, and half of her Blackguard Levels are used in determining her caster level. CL for necromancy spells are the combination of all her classes -1, for a maximum caster level of 59.
