Update

Download the latest Version here: Buildtool Paragon v2.4.1

This time it´s mainly error fixing. Thanks alot to Tritone (Maltelau) for pointing out the errors with Warchanters including fixes for them.

- Warchanter Quasi Check fixed
- Warchanter CL Check fixed
- Open Lock Synergy check is fixed
- Used up Skillpoint calculation past 61 is fixed
- Fixed a few subrace granted feats
