The Urge to Fight
This is a proof of concept build. I have too many toons, but I'm interested in the experience of anyone who builds this. It's derivitive from a BK build I just posted. I was looking for 13 attacks per round, but it appears the engine caps me at 6 prim hand attacks.
Monk splash gives me 6 prim hand attacks with -3 progression with goad/nunchaku/kama. Haste, flurry, and tensers gives me 4 bonus prim hand attacks at -5 progression. I2WF gives me 2 offhand attacks for a grand total of 12 attacks per round with flurry engaged.
This guy also has some casting options. You can choose a book and an ESF (lsf if you go div cause of his subrace SF Div feat). Depending on your choices you can either go defensive (as ive posted below) and get 80% conceal and ESF Gate, etc...). Or you can go offensive with EVO and SP and get a plode dc 2 less than max. Or you could mix IoF in there. Perhaps IoF and Miracle with a good gate and only 75% conceal.
The GR's are extended and 41+. The battletide is nice. He's a buff-o-matic. Tensers is key, gate, ethereal visage, energy buffer, stoneskin, UEF, prot from alignments (no stuns), SW, FW, DF, Divine Glory, etc.. etc... etc... When you hit the autocaster, go get a coke.
The downside here is the ab. It is marginal at best. 94ab with a wis arti and double demi. That's not great and its worse the first two times through. However, I think high ab is overrated (unless it's REALLY high and you can afford improved power attack). I find that mediocre ab's hit more than I expect. Also, don't forget the -3progression. That helps.
Is this toon worth it? I honestly don't know. But it should be a great tank with lots of variety.
