I've had few people asking about this build, so figured to post it here, even that it isn't fully tested yet.
I used 1xD char to reinc into this, so small tweaking is needed for mortals to go the route of shadows!
Half-Kyton (this is because of dodge + mobility and skill boosts)

Some pointers:
Extremely feat/skill tight build, getting impcrit/power crit from augmenter. Same for OC/DC, which is why I went with kukri. If used weapon you have natural profiency, you'd have +1 feat.
The open lock/disarm trap/search are counted to hit exactly 127 at 1xD with GR and max gear (using skill focus search aug to hit 127, well actually search is 126 before skill foc aug).
Using shield pandect would free second feat for usage - personaly I intend to use sneak pandect when get one.
Str arty provides immunity to cornugon stun, bodak gaze + when get amnied by amnizus you dont leave your self FF. Also gets 1/day vecna slap.
At LL's and shallow hells can dualweild with pom bracers for +2 attacks.
Pro's
-Full rogue skills with much more fun class to play!
-10-20/x4 crits with 6 attacks per round
-144 maxed ac at 2xD
-Maxed parry
-Stun/sleep immunity
-All normal SD stuff
-With ideal gear gets decent saves
Con's
-Only 34 str for checks at 2xD (def need bonus item for checks)
-Very skill tight - no conc/disc and UMD not enough for deep hells 1xD without major invests in gear
-Low ab for abyss
-With 1xD pens need scint scarf to max parry at deep abyss/hells (or get 126 at nessus)
Tweaks to build after playtesting it:
-Drop umd totaly - use rods from demi shop; add 10 to CW, once 2xD can lower OL and DT each by 1 and search by 3 (to take count maximized benefit from SF search aug) to free up +9 skill points - put to CW. Possible to get 80 CW with some invest to it from gear for another ab.
-Use dex arty instead of str arty for +1ab (only if play mainly in abyss, in hells I would keep the str for checks/stun imm, allows to drop OL further more by 1 to free 3 skill points to CW)
- Shield pandect allows to take greater wep focus for +1 ab
- Once 5xD can drop parry from max. At most you need 137 parry to counter pens at 5xD, so 137 - 30 dex - 50 buffs (I get 46 with currently gear+song+PreLL tags) =57 points in parry, 47 if use scint scarf for ESF parry - which free's up to 48 skill points to spend on CW or possible CA for extra ac or some conc, but conc is crossclass skill for every class - means it costs double.
With tweaks could get total +4ab (+1arty, +1 CW + 1greater wep foc and +1 2xD) to end up at 99ab.
Also if want another ab, could start wit 8str and 20dex, but I wouldnt recommend that, too vulnerable to gelugon dom, cornu stun and kyton/pf kd's would be auto fails.
So if start at lvl 1, will need to invest +1 on OL/DT since dont get as high dex/int before demi, most likely would take em out of umd. Also can reconcider order of feats, such as shield prof taken at lvl 18 instead of lvl 60, etc.
