Sorry, I don't understand your build. You take 15 levels of RDD on a dexer AA. The RDD increases your stats but not the Dex. Why RDD? And you take Great Cha to cats level 3 bard spells, why is that so important? Could you please make some comments of the idea and benefit behind this? Thanks aa lot

best guess is that at I believe 13 xDD you have 100% absolute immunity to a single element. Between 13 and 15 you gain a +2 STR stat and 1 more xDD AC if IIRC 15 is the last level you can gain any xDD bonus w/o Epic Toughness.
Note: 15 xDD would be +6 STR if base race + subrace nets no STR change and you start with 10 your lvl 60 STR would be 16 not 14. Though I though Yukio was Elf or Half-Elf sub not Human or Any.

I wanted a ranged character that could handle being beat on in melee for a few rounds when JayWaa misclicks an attack and ends up running into combat or spawning new mobs. RDD provided HP, ele immunity and STR for Mighty Bow damage and STR checks (should we ever get there). This was never intended to go past LL areas.
My boy is 6. Which means he does well enough clicking on something and shooting it from the back row but doesn't have the mental and manual dexterity to WSAD through combat with a melee character. YMMV with your own 6 yr old though.
The G CHA 1 was a throw away feat, I couldn't figure out anything better so advice is most welcome.
Yukio is Half-Elf, I missed the Human table column header when I cut/paste from my Bugbear Cleric post. Also I misread the Class Documentation edit and thought Epic Toughness 5 was required at 15. Thanks for catching those errors.

You could take blinding speed instead of great cha. Seems like moving fast would also be a good thing to a little boy.

A couple of things come to mind other than spending a feat to get CHA up to 15. Since it has Finesse, you could give it a weapon focus in a melee weapon, or you could add Superior crit to the longbow.
Another alternative would be to drop the Finesse and give it WF + EWF in sling to let him go with sling and shield.

If you change your level progression to 5 Bard/8 Dragon Disciple/6 Arcane Archer/1 Bard/7 Dragon Disciple/13 Arcane Archer/1 Bard your total class setup remains the same, but you gain 1 AB and go from 3 base to 4 base attacks per round
