This is the build I am currently working toward finishing. I thought I'd post it having not completed it as the other 2 HoS builds are both druid CC.

Level 5: Cloud Kill, Freezing Fog, Mind Fog, Vitriolic Sphere
Level 6: Acid Fog, Ethereal Visage, Tensor’s
Level 7: Rebuke, Static Field, Gr. Orb of Cold, Gr. Orb of Fire
Level 8: Horrid’s, GS, MB
Level 9: Dom, Gate, Mord’s
This build is a damage dealer with only minimal party support spells (BS, CG, Disp, MB), but GMW and 3 elemental buffs are nice.
I am not totally convinced that the spell selections are good. I did my best to spread the damage types around.
Thus far in early LLs, the toon is fun and pretty resilient. Cloud Kill is the most important spell in the spellbook.
