I was looking at the Arcane HoS builds in the forum, and feel like neither of their pre-Quasi feat allocation satisfied me. And I do not actually want to give up on missing one of the Legendary spell focus feat.
Some quick thought and a couple test characters later, I came up with this:
Comments are welcome.
Pro:
1. Only -2 Wisdom than absolute max.
2. Significantly better saves with dauntless and legendary Valor.
3. Better HP with toughness
4. Both Legendary Enchantment, and Conjuration.
5. Can buff party with +15 GMW
Con:
1. Can only put some 10-20 points into heal. But should still have decent heal with HC bonus and high wisdom.
2. low dex than other builds
Race : Half-Celestial (Human)
Stats:
str 8,
dex 8,
con 14(10 after quasi),
wisdom 18 (24 with subrace bonus)
int 10
charisma 14 (18 with subrace bonus)
Level Progression: 16 Druid, 23 Sorc, 1 Monk
All stats goes to Wisdom

4. Evard, Orb of Electricity, Orb of Sound, Remove Curse (or Orb of Acid)
5. Cloudkill, Freezing fog, Mindfog, Vitriolic Sphere (or.. wall of fire)
6. Acid Fog, Ethereal Visage, Legendary Lore
7. (with Extra spell known) : Cold Orb, Fire Orb, Rebuke, Static Field
8. Greater Sanctuary, Horrid Wilting, Mind Blank
9. Gate, Dom, Mord.
