There are currently 2 classes (both very well done) for Blackguard.
I would think that Paladins deserve some consideration. Here are a few ideas.
I know that Paladin is one of the most popular splash classes, for the reason of Divine Grace. Anyway, here is an idea that would be easy (I would think) to implement.
Exorcist -
Basically a Paladin/Cleric Quasi-class that focuses on Turning and Smiting. It would count Cleric levels towards Smiting, full Paladin levels towards turning, but require a Wisdom of 10 or less (no spells for either class). Paladin Control Class would allow for Greater Smiting and +10 Strength for Great Smiting while Cleric Control Class would allow for additional domains for Turning, so you'd still have to choose one over the other.
Requirements: Wisdom of 10 or less, X number of Paladin and Cleric levels by X level Y, Great Will, Extra Smiting, Extra Turning, Charisma of 25. Upon reaching level Y and meeting the requirements, the character gains the benefits as well as Planar Turning and Great Smiting 1 & 2.
I have a few more, and will post them when I've had time to think them through...

One thing: It isn't possible to create a first-level spellcaster, including paladin/bard/ranger, that has a caster stat of less than 11 (before subrace modifications).

I was reading through old quasi suggestions and i liked this idea.. The wisdom could be acchieved similar way that pariah gets 6 dex.. when you acchieve quasi status your wisdom is set to 6 or 8 or something like that. How ever I'm not sure how this would work out since to have effective turning you need really high charisma and for proper smite you need a tons of smite feats.. so basicly you'd be wanting 20 feats (10x great smite, 10x great cha). It seems that this'd be also use for rapier wit, how ever no room for feats for weapon focuses. I know that many people concider turner's OP, this turner would lack prayer/battletide and self GR so the DC's would slack, as for smiting it'd be a way to deal small damage at cost of no spells to cast. Also the point that you have no spells to cast would mean that you could gear it up straight tank (with no dex or str ) Not sure what'd be balanced freebie on getting quasi to make it viable at turning dc/domains and being able to get at leat 7-8 smiting feats or else it'd be just a poor turner without buffs

Actually, the quasi I'm most interested in after Inventor is a pally one - Inquisitor. They are probably the most feasible from the Complete Divine - and they get illusion immunity. They would need some fleshing out, though. Funky

That’s an interesting idea for a pally quasi and to make it different from the normal smiters and turners.
Here is a quick qualifying description I did.
To qualify for “Quasi Name” you must have10 lvl of cleric and 10 lvls of pally. Have Extra smite, Extra turning, Iron will, Rapier wit, Evil domain, Destruction domain before lvl 21. Both paladin and cleric lvls count toward greater smite ab and Turner lvls.
Once you qualify for “Quasi Name” you receive Divine Might, Shield and Greater Smite I & II, and Planar Turning feat. Your Str is set to 4 and wisdom is set to 10. Your smite damage types are Fire/Acid/Cold/Sonic/Elec/Div.
Upon reaching lvl 41 at alter CC Cleric receives Domains Elemental, Plant, Sun. If CC Paladin you receive your +4 to CHA. Receive +1 Charisma for each Great Smiting feat they possess upon taking level 41. If you have all 10 greater smite feats and extra smite feat your greater smite recharges at a faster rate recharging in 1 min.
What you guys think of that?

Maybe drop CC paladin to +2 CHA but still receives the plus str and cha at lvl 45, 50, 55, 60.
That would put them with Subrace RG at 74 Cha at lvl 60 with +14, but before demi. Otherwise it would be 76 before demi.
and make CC cleric only give 2 of the domain feats. I've built one in excel and you can do it and still have one more LL feat open to pick up the extra domain or choose a different feat. It is feat tight, but you can fit in every feat needed for Gtr smite and domain selection.

Str set to 4 would mean 95% domination from every single gelugon and 95% kd from every str kd, just restricting wisdom to 6 so that it'd be 10 after demi's, tops 12 if used arty (thou no point for that) so it would at tops be able to cast lvl 2 spells, instead of 10 + 4 demi's + 2 arty possible reach 16 base wisdom

I suggested setting str that low for 2 reasons. 1) Pally CC at 60 will bump it back up to 8 base. 2) if geared and played right this can be a powerful class it needs a weakness low str and no spells are those weaknesses.
What caster have you seen not get domination by a Gelugon if they stand to close or not KD by any KD mob be it str or dex.
This really wouldn't be any different than a rapier wit tank maxing out Cha for ab and smite damage or a Turner for DC. It just doesn't get the added ability to self buff from either class, which in turn does make it party dependent or something that can’t solo areas easy or possible at all in most cases. That being said I can see if it's played right that it can contribute to the party.
