I decided to post this because a lot of people always send me tells about the damage of this character or ask me about this, so for everyone who asked please read below.
The goal of this build was a solid strength tank who could pass most (if not all) the dex check in hells and still do a good amount of damage. To achieve this I decided to play as a dual wielding barbarian with 5 Weapon Master levels and OC/DC to improve the critical hits and to get 2 extra attacks from the Harper Scout secret item.
I reincarnated this from an old barbarian I had, but this character can be playable from lvl 1 to 60, but the real power of the build will be obtained during legendary levels.
Screenshot Notes: Stats are using +14 gear, double demi and used an INT artifact. AC with +3 from CW.
Base Race: Elf
Subrace: Kolyarut
Alignment: Starts at Chaotic or Neutral Good, after you take the HS levels you can switch your alignment.

Pre Epic: 16 Barb/4 WM
Epic: 14 Barb / 1 WM / 5 HS (Be sure to get the last HS level at lvl 40)
If you're playing from level 1, you can use HS levels to get tumble AC when you feel you need more AC. Just remember to get your last level as a HS.
Stat Points Distribution:
4 points in Constitution (take them pre LL to get max HP)
16 points in Strength

You can always play with feats around, just be sure to get the WM feats Pre Epic, and the HS feat requirements when you need them.
