The goal of this build was simple, get the highest AB possible on a Dragon Disciple build and use the disarm pandect to be able to disarm some baddies in any area. You might have an easier time getting a CON arti and if you have a CON arti it will improve your Dragon Breath attacks. Your AB should be: 16(BAB) + 10(Epic) + 12(LL) + 8(WF Feats) + 39(88 STR Mod) + 20(Magical Bonus) = 105
With CW you should get 1 more AB and if you drop the STR arti you lose 1 you only need an AB of 94 minimum so you could try and go for a more uni build with it. I would suggest Concentration as the skill dump it is very useful. I would also suggest dropping starting STR to 16 and use the freed up points to boost DEX this would lower your AB some more giving you a final pre-demi and pre-arti AB of 101.

You already know about artis and plan on using them? I think I only learned about stat artifacts and how they worked after I was in middle hells (stygia) and saw ppl with different weird and persitent lights following them. Even then I thought to myself: meh its just a +2 to a single stat, what difference that would make? Obviously by that time I was still playing a kobold pure ranger and CS DC was fixed at 58, not based on str/dex like its working now... Anyway, 105 AB is pretty decent but not enough for disarm really bad stuff I think.

Yojimbo: The main I wanted for this build was the ability to disarm so I want as high attack bonus as possible. Lowering the starting strength would lower ab, as would dropping strength for dexterity so I am not interested in doing so. johnny: Zybang was helping me out yesterday and was suggesting artifacts to use. The +1 ab looked more promising then the +2 con and better breath ability. There is no mega-damage acid spears so the constitution artifact wouldn't help the build much. I can get poison immunity from gear anyhow. TZ-

I think its a waste not having con artifact on Dragon Disciple.
Your ab even at x2 demi wont be that good for disarm, even more because Yojimbo forgot to take 1 AB from the large size penalty. 102 AB isnt enough to disarm, even running my WM with 116 AB I still miss often.
Not talking that untill you can get your hands on a str arti which is the hardest one to get, it will take you many travels to the Aboleths realm and needing luck on rolls cuz the str arti is usually one of the top 2 picks.

STR arty drops at the end of Aboleths part 2...not a run you see called a whole lot and you pretty much have to roll first or second to get it...trading for one a newer player could prove difficult but not impossible. CON arty drops random;y anyplace BUR's can drop.....much easier to get.
Also....Con arty protects from ALL poison attacks...in hell paragon Pit Fiends, Osyluths and Brachnia all bypass normal poison immunity....ie you roll a "1" you die...and there are a lot of PF's and Rachugons....(It actually doesn't say it in the Con arty description but it also reduces KD time--by half iirc).

Overlooked you mentioning the Disarm Pandect so didn't know you were aiming for a Disarmer. While for attacks 105 AB is solid for disarming it will be lacking for the most part. Your AB will be 106-107 with Craft Weapon which is better 107 is really where you will want to be to disarm. That is only after 2x Demi * Arti that you will be able to get there. I would suggest going for a uni tank build to get your 2x Demi and your Arti then reinc one you have those into this build. Keep in mind with those classes don't grant you Heavy Armor Proficiency so your AC will suffer slightly.
