-The Alchemist now sells unenchanted wands and empty potion bottles with different appearances that you can use to customize brewed potions and crafted wands. -If you have a Deck of Walls, pass it through the bank to give it the correct duration. -Added the Divine Slinger and Dwarven Warchanter quasiclasses. -Many weapons with AC have been rebalanced. -Barbarian Terrifying Rage has been reworked and now also properly follows the barbarian. See the book for details. -Bug and exploit fixes.

Please note that you may see a couple of items (such as the Arcanist's Axe) update multiple times. I've dropped a hotfix in which should fix that for good after servers reset (it will update them one more time). Sorry for any inconvenience.

tunic of jamamros pegason just got replaced too. is this a general thing now? is it no longer necessary to put things in chests to have them updated?

Correct; in the future updated items should generally update automatically, without having to run them through the chests.
I'm debating auto-updating the upgraded URs from a few updates ago as well. The problem with that is that people who already ran theirs through the chest will see theirs update one more time.
(There's no choice with the tunic - that one's forced, since we need to get rid of the +17 AC versions floating around)

Graphics error, probably. I'll make sure it gets fixed. The actual size has not changed.

The command !damXco appears to set bullet damage to fire, not to cold. All other elements work as expected, with any bullet.
