Spell Pen Modifier = +7 and + (equivalent to Epic Spell pen so I don't waste the feets, should be +10 spell pen with full +14/Artie/Double Demi/Paragon)
BKs now get a bonus to spell penetration of strength modifier/4. This bonus does not stack with spell penetration feats.

Spell Focuses and Spell Notes:
I wanted to see how useful the new SPELL Pen changes to BK str modifier was. So I chose to not take it and jack up my Str for SPELL PEN. This freed up an epic feat, necromancy and full LL Evoc focus.
Evoc:
Hands, balagorn's (it does hit)
Spell Notes:
Vampiric Touch: USE THIS ALOT, this spell will boost your HP a couple hundred points in a couple of casts. Vamp touch is +touch attack only, also lvl 60 AOE Vamp Touch will be very nice for hp boosting. I've been able to get 1600 hp at lvl 40 with Vamp touch.
Note - Dropped extended spell and picked up empower spell to bolster aoe Vamp touches, they are that good. I've easily hit 3k hp or higher while dropping aoe vamp into a group of 5 mobs about 2 to 3 times.
Displacement: Make sure that you use the extended version of this all the time if you don't have other concealment buffs. It should be macroed and you should cast Tenser's and this whenever it's down. 50% base concealment.
Attack Bonus, vamp touch, Bigby Hands:
TRUE Stike: You will be a walking buff whore for life, your AB will be decent with Tenser's but True Strike should be macroed right next to your heal pot. It's +20 AB and stacks, plus comes in regular and extended version, so TS regular is 30s at lvl 40, and a full MINUTE extended at lvl 40. This will help with any AB checks on Vamp touch and Bigby checks. You should use this immediately when your about to flip into cast mode or at the beginning of a spawn. It's quick action and will be the lvl 1/2 spell you should use all the time. At lvl 40, self buffed with TS I'm +102ab.

The third part of a spell resistance check — the part called "spell resistance" — is a die roll. Each creature has a numeric spell resistance rating, and if this rating is positive, the caster rolls a d20.
