-Crafting is no longer free. However, armor and weapon crafting should now copy over when items are updated. -Fashion accessories should now be craftable. -Most spells and some feats should be restored to their previous usage level on login. More feats will be added in the future. -Flame Weapon and similar spells should no longer cause extra kickback in combat. -Many buff spells have been updated to affect lower-level characters at a lower caster level rather than being completely useless on them. They will still have full duration determined by caster level. -Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken and Dirge of the Deathless now have a duration equal to the bard's Charisma modifier in rounds. -Dwarven Warchanters now require 16 base Charisma for their epic spells. -Invisible helm activation can now be toggled with the '!invishelm' SIMtools command. -Bug and exploit fixes.

If you don't mind me asking, and I don't mean to imply any particular tone here, just curious, was just wondering what the reasoning was behind rewarding dual boxers even more for dual boxing (which this seems to do)?

This has to be one of the best updates ever. You don't have a Caster Bard I take it? I do agree that some of the other updates are nice as always, I have begun to expect no less from our esteemed Administration

If you don't mind me asking, and I don't mean to imply any particular tone here, just curious, was just wondering what the reasoning was behind rewarding dual boxers even more for dual boxing (which this seems to do)? The intent here wasn't really to benefit dual boxers so much as 'why can't I cast some nice buffs on this person new to HG with my legendary caster?'. We did go over almost all the buffs and level-limited the ones that weren't yet (e.g. Barkskin, Stoneskin, Regeneration). So it wasn't aimed at either helping or hurting dual-boxers, but rather giving players more options. Acaos

[...] what the reasoning was behind rewarding dual boxers even more [...] Some of the buffs were able to be cast on lowbies with full power. While this was indeed nice for the recipients, it was extreme cheese. On the other hand, some buffs plain were not able to be cast on them, which is a little odd in-game that a level 60 caster was powerless just because of level. I suspect the latest changes were a rebalancing to cut the power of the high level buffs while letting many of them still apply. It sounds like a more progressive system than the old "full power or nothing" method. This brings to mind that it would be amusing to have cleric buffs modified by alignment. After all, why should one's lawful good diety protect the chaotic evil party member at full power? Oh, and great job on the mods -- love them all except the bard epics getting duration dropped 2-4x, but I'm sure this was done for balance reasons.

Turning is getting a rework soon as well, though it won't be too extreme. Brace yourself for it. Funky
