I've tracked down the cause of this. Should be patched shortly.
(Edit) The patch is in and will be applied the next time the servers reset. Sorry for the inconvenience.

the penalty that is applied when you login disappears when you die and are ressurected, resulting in a very high AB. (which is nice, mind you, just not what it's supposed to do)

Basically, at level 40, all characters get +20 BAB. Then, they get a -20 BAB penalty applied to them. The -20 BAB penalty decreases as you gain levels, at a rate depending on your control class. A Tier 1 class, such as a fighter or monk, will have the penalty eventually reduced to -5 at level 60. 20-5 is a net of +15 BAB.

Very slick and brilliant work as always Dev Team. The Legendary AB really has been thought about long and hard with the result of adding another interesting dimension to HG.
Hats off for also improving aspects of HG taken for granted by us players such as seen with the PC Scry. Thx again. Lala

I love the change to Beaker of Bountiful Healing! Now, if Rods of Unlimited Resurrection, and potions of Unlimited Negative Energy Protection were available ... Encumbria might become a rather desolate wasteland Dont forget pearls with unlimited restorations ;D Love new changes, has discipline been changed aswell on spawns, or now ikd and disarm will be far more effective ?

I asked some time ago that it's possible to keep xtra attack when switching weapons. Seems to work since that update. I have a question about Lengendary BAB. When Monster AC have been rescaled, which tier kept the same ratio as it was before this update (Tier 1, Tier 2 or somewhere inbetween) ?

I asked some time ago that it's possible to keep xtra attack when switching weapons. Seems to work since that update. Correct, you should no longer lose your double weapon attacks if you switch between two double weapons. You still will if you equip something in your offhand (unless you're a barbarian with the shapestrong token). It's not that simple because different creatures received different scales. Acaos

I noticed the HS boots no longer give extra attacks anymore but give exp retreat? When I logged my barb in to check his new AB the boots were change dand I thought that maybe the AC was increase but sadly it was not.

The boots still give additional attacks when used. They just use the Expeditious Retreat spell to ensure their speed boost won't stack with it or Freedom of Movement.

So basically, I could make a ranger/aa1 and probably have the same ab and do the same damage as a full AA30.. minus the largely ineffective 'bonus abilities' of aa... That is my problem with putting AA in the bottom legendary ab group instead of the top... It has always been my understanding that archers were supposed to have higher ab than most classes... It is difficult for me to argue this point when I am biased for AA builds.. hopefully someone will do some testing and post their opinion..

So basically, I could make a ranger/aa1 and probably have the same ab and do the same damage as a full AA30.. minus the largely ineffective 'bonus abilities' of aa... That is my problem with putting AA in the bottom legendary ab group instead of the top... Every odd level of AA grants you an Enchant Arrow feat, which gives +1 AB that stacks with all other AB bonuses. Hence, a character with 29 AA class levels has +15 AB while using a bow. In addition, AAs have Tier 1 pre-epic attack progression. Being at the lowest LBAB tier reduces the maximum net benefit of Enchant Arrow to +9, which is still higher than the maximum WM bonus of +7 from Superior Weapon Focus. The minimum number of AA levels you could take to have AA as your control class would be 14, which would grant you Enchant Arrow VII, for +7 AB which would be an effective +1 at 60. Acaos
