Hello. I'm looking for a Heavy Flail for my 40th level toon recently reincarnated. He's a Ftr/Rg/WM I know there are some great ones once I get to LL areas but the local merchants stock isn't so hot for generic items. If you have something to trade drop me a line. I have some nice Ranger stuff from a retired toon and lots of cash. Thanks!

For a L40 your best and nearly only option is a L35 rare drop one. The wiki has a list of them so you can find the right name. The rest will be LL ones which will require conquering a given LL area.
