I am posting this more so for my pleasure and reference while I build it, but figured I will post this as I think this is the best way to build a melee rogue for survivability as an open subrace. Here we go:

- The Derrzagon Trapper -

At the start you will want to pick Dwarf Race, under subrace type "Derrzagon" without the quotes exactly how you see it. You get blind fighting free, and you get +2 dexterity, +2 intelligence, -2 wisdom and -2 charisma. Perfect for a rogue as you wont need wisdom or charisma, dexterity and intelligence are your main stats.
Abilities: This is how you set them at character creation.
During level-up, place all points into dexterity.
Strength: 8
Dexterity: 18
Constitution: 14
Wisdom: 8
Intelligence: 16
Charisma: 6
After Derrzagon:
Strength: 8
Dexterity: 20
Constitution: 14
Wisdom: 6
Intelligence: 18
Charisma: 4
Strength raises your base damage and AB if you don't have weapon finesse.
Dexterity raises your AB with weapon finesse and AC.
Constitution raises your base hitpoints.
Wisdom has no effect on a rogue except for your will save.
Intelligence allows for more skillpoints, this is the life for rogues.
Charisma has no effect for a rogue.

With this buid you get 69% innate conceal with max hide, wont lower in hells thanks to pure rogue. Also, you can sneak attack most sneak immune creatures thanks to pure rogue. With light pick you have good crit damage, and with your sneaks you will be a force to be wreckoned with. Hope to see more pure rogue builds out there!
