This build is called the mechainc because "methodical tactician" is the intended playstyle. Goal: get to target put a nuke under the target and then BOOM. (Use shadow decoy, bbod, curse, Lolth Soulstones, etc. to get the nuke to go off.) This requires planning and patience, but the rewards are pretty decent in my experience, especially with a team of 2 or 3 toons.
Pros:
*Get to anywhere on any map with SD teleport ability: ledges, islands, across platforms, etc.
*Full trapping skills for one round kills, requires some set up.
*Trap setting time provided by infinite, non-cooldown GS from SD.
*Some melee effectiveness on critiable mobs from WM and the extra attack from 50 SD.
*Good survivability from SD
Cons:
*Completely reliant on items when it comes to crits.
*Blindfight but no Listen when it comes to concealment
*Not really a "run and gun" build--best for soloing and with a methodical, tactical party, i.e. only some melee effectiveness.
*Traps result in KB and are AoE, so be ready for the boom when it happens and try not to break things you don't want broken, like loot, transmutation barriers, yourself, etc.
*Requires the acquisition of lots of trap gems, oh and the traps themselves.

The Saves are at "Hellrunner" levels and this build is not specifically suited to "Lee Roying" the Hells. If you are not interested in Demi.ing or reincarnate after Demi, some of the save feats could be dropped for more dexterity or martial weapon proficiency.
The skills are not set up for the Hells, though under the assumption that not much trapping happens there.
