Wasn't happy with doc so I deleted him and when I go to use the reincarnation slot with a totally new character of a different name and same rarity subrace and the light responds as if there were no reincarnation slots.
I would really appreciate some help. Didn't think a week passed since I deleted Ares. Played Doc for about 5 minutes when I decided I didn't want him and when I found the time I re-did the reincarnation. Finding the time (to even play the game) is difficult. I'd really appreciate if I could just get the 60 levels, the control class and subrace restriction (was a bur), and lose the skull, zerials token, and any bound items or tags.
Unfortunately, it takes an inordinate amount of time for me to check on this stuff, and I can't presently restore from backup even if I can locate a suitable backup - highly unlikely in this case. I can't even tell if there's a backup file in your folder from the deletion as a hail mary, because the list of characters scrolls off the damn screen from all the undeleted test builds. I'll be able to check it when the servers are up again, which should be in an hour or so. Please bump this thread to remind me, but don't get your hopes up. My advice: don't renicarnate until you know what you want to reinc to. The week-long period is an extended grace period, not a personal challenge.
Will bump. I appreciate the effort regardless of the result. The grace period is awesome, I have just been really pressed for time.
Kind of a rough gaming situation- not much time to play, have reincarnation timers ticking, and runs which are rarely called actually getting called mid-reincarnation period. Tough choice to make: take advantage of the rare opportunity to progress characters on runs that are not often called when I am on (and I'm not on a lot), or procrastinate doing the final reincarnation of a toon when the timers ticking.
