- Nature's Balance no longer allows a saving throw, but has had its SR drop reduced to (caster level / 5) plus foci (maximum of 17).
- Bigby's Clenched Fist has had its Attack Bonus increased, to caster level plus ability modifier plus (number of spell foci * 2) (minus area DC penalty if any).
- The DC cap on Bigby's Forceful Hand has been removed.

- Summon weapon damages have been greatly reduced.

- The pre-legendary hound archon summon should now attack properly.
- Summons are now properly damaged by Avernan flames.
Class and Quasiclass Edits
- Accursed Pariah
-- Spell penetration has been reworked. Their SP is now standard unless they are raging. When raging, they get a +2 SP bonus to non-Transmutation spells, and their old massive bonus only to Transmutation spells.
-- Pariahs are no longer blocked from casting Disintegrate.
-- Summon 1-9 spells are now Transmutation for Pariah, and transmute earth as Changestones, rather than conjuring beings from another plane. This limits their selection of possible summons from them somewhat.
-- Bigby's clenched fist is now Transmutation for Pariah, and transmutes a huge fist of stone from the air as Fist of Stone (no practical difference save the name and the school).
-- Shapechange is now Undermaster for Pariahs, with each form doing a particular ability relating to control of stone in a Huge area of effect centered on the caster.
--- Red Dragon does a Balagarn's KD effect.
--- Fire Giant does an Earthquake effect.
--- Balor does a mass Flesh to Stone effect.
--- Death Slaad does a mass Stone to Flesh effect on allies.
--- Iron Golem does a mass Stoneskin effect on allies that provides the protection of Greater Stoneskin but is unaffected by armor and shield.
- Arcane Archer
-- Arrow of Death's area of effect version has had 5 DC added to it, making the new calculation: 10 plus AA level (including LLs)
-- Imbue Arrow ability for control class Sorcerer/Wizard AAs now inflicts vulnerability on the targets equal to claster level divided by 3, stacking with other inflictions up to 25%.
- Staffmaster
-- SM's now only receive their Tenser's and Ethereal Visage bonuses if wielding a quarterstaff.
-- SM's also now only receive their EV concealment if wearing nothing in the offhand.
Area Edits
- The lockout timers for prince runs in the Abyss are now server-specific, though they remain 18 hours long. You can now complete a prince battle the same night, so long as you swap servers.
- Some creatures in the hells and abyss have been given banishment and gusting powers.
- Many unbanishable boss summons have been made vulnerable to the new Unname spell. Summons now come in four classes:
-- Conjured creatures, such as those summoned by the Summon Creature series of spells. These can be affected by any banishment ability or spell (Dismissal, Banishment, Unname, and so on).
-- Called creatures, such as the hydroloths summoned by marraenoloths. These cannot be affected by Dismissal, but can be Banished or Unnamed. There are also other creatures which fall in this class due to their strange nature, such as the fog creatures of the Far Realm.
-- Gated creatures, who are summoned by more powerful masters (generally but not only bosses). Most epic, legendary, and paragon summons also fall into this class. These creatures are only vulnerable to Unnaming. Drawmij's Preclusion blocks the summoning of these creatures, but may not banish those already summoned.
-- Initial boss summons. These are generally not affected by banishment effects nor blocked or banished by Drawmij's Preclusion, though some may be able to be Unnamed.
Item Edits
- Non-double weapons wielded two-handed now yield a 50% damage increase to all damage.
-- This bonus is engine-level, and will not display on the character sheet or !list damage, but will work in combat.
-- Barbarians can take advantage of this and still use a shield by going Shapestrong.
-- Staffmasters do benefit from this at present, though that's pending review and may result in further edits to them in the short term.
-- Examples:
--- A Large character using a Heavy Flail will not get the bonus (wielding it 1-handed).
--- A Large character using a Mercurial Greatsword will get the bonus.
--- A Medium character using a Greatsword will get the bonus.
--- A Small character using a Medium weapon will get the bonus.
--- A Tiny character using a Small weapon will get the bonus.
- Many set-loot spellslot items - a total of 133 - have had their spellslots redone to give somewhat fewer high-level slots, and many more low-level slots.
- Motes are now swappable between ammunition types, so that players can wield slings and use a mote.
- The autocaster now stores the number of casterlevels channeled when casting to program it.
- The Visor of Cursed Chaos now makes Bestow Curse a medium area of effect spell, centered on target.
- The Songsmith augment now properly adds a level to bard and curse song.
SIMTools
- !unsummon command added, for unsummoning pets which are outside normal unsummoning range.
- !despecialize command added, to allow respecialization of wizards with an ESF in their barred school.
- !opt lichsong command added to toggle lichsong between targeting a location (as normal) and targeting the caster's location regardless of where the mouse is clicked, to ease use when surrounded by mobs and unable to find a clear patch of ground nearby.
- !mobilize command added to end the Tortoise Shell and Foundation of Stone spell prematurely.
Miscellany
- Reincarnation timers will be reset on request for the next week, ending April 7 at 11:59 UTC. We're doing this because a number of classes were heavily edited this update, just a month after paragon levels dropped. Just find a DM ingame - they will use a chat command to reset you. You will want to ensure than any incomplete reincarnations are done (bound items, tags reclaimed) before you do this.
- The leveler now displays current level and level being taken.
- Paragon levels now allow sorcerers and bards to choose spells at the spell pedestal.
- Thunderborn's Favored Classes are now Druid and Monk.
Bug and Exploit Fixes
- Many spells that bugged when the caster had both paragon spell focus and wizard school specialization have been fixed and had their documentation updated, including: Energy Immunity, Clairaudience/Clairvoyance, Confusion, Ethereal Visage (and Displacement counterpart), Entropic Shield, Infestation of Maggots, (Mass) Camouflage.
- Players should no longer get trapped in Brood Serpent bellies.
- The Illithid Surrogate should no longer ever bug to remain invulnerable.
- Motes are now properly returned on reincarnation.
- Dragon Disciple levels are now properly counted by Hellball where appropriate.
- An issue causing wyvern shifter forms to bug during paragon levels has been fixed.
- Annihilation is no longer mistakenly being given to Clerics with Illusion foci on reincarnation.
- Display errors with !list saves and !playerinfo commands fixed.
- Bloodward now gives the proper bonus spell slot levels.
- Thunderborn and Stoneblooded subraces now appear properly in documentation.
- Palemaster archliches should no longer lose their head upon transformation.
- The Sheath of Stealth should now work correctly with other concealment bonuses, like the Assassin's.
- Other bug and exploit fixes.
