Spell Changes
- The Poison spell has been changed; it now inflicts Constitution decrease on the target, and Druids and Assassins can kill with later castings, similar to Golem Gas breath.
- The Perinarch spell no longer respects Spell Resistance.
- The Nature's Balance spell now decreases the SR of paragons by 1 additional point per paragon rank.
- The Lesser Spell Breach, Spell Breach, and Greater Spell Breach spells now reduce SR by 2, 4, or 6 plus the number of Abjuration foci possessed by the caster.
- When used on a single target, the Mordenkainen's Disjunction spell reduces SR by 9 plus the number of Abjuration foci possessed by the caster.
- Antipathy now has the proper Will save instead of a Fortitude save.
- Damage over Time Spells (DoTs) of the same spell I.D. and caster will no longer stack. Newer castings on a target will refresh the old casting.
-- E.g. You can cast Heat Body and Caustic Gel on a single target, but not two of either. You can cast any DoT on as many targets as you like.
Epic and Paragon Spells
- Mass Spell Destruction now decreases SR by 4 + (Abj foci * 2), reaching 14 with PSF Abjuration.
- Nature's Frailty now decreases SR by 11 + (Abj foci * 3), reaching 26 with PSF Abjuration.
- Annihilation, Primal Cataclysm, and Starfire now do Raw Divine/Nature/Arcane damage. These respect half the target's Divine/(Average of Positive and Negative)/Magical immunity, respectively. They no longer inflict damage immunity decrease.
- Mordenkainen's Psionic Cascade now has the correct save DC.
- The Divine Intervention amulet no longer grants an additional use of Miracle; instead, when worn, anyone resurrected by Miracle is also granted a Greater Sanctuary effect.
- Mordenkainen's Psionic Cascade has been fixed.
Item Changes
- Abyssal vestiges can no longer be rusted, slagged, or otherwise damaged.
- The Orb of Dragonkind now inflicts Dragonfire damage, which respects half the target's Fire immunity. It no longer inflicts damage immunity decrease.
Other Changes
- Crafting DC on items should be somewhat lower now.
- Powers which block enemy special abilities (e.g. Time Stop and Kendrick's Foul Conversion) should now block those abilities.
- The output of !list acc prell is now sorted by level cap. It will also remind you if you need to acquire survival rings.
- Add feedback for Contingency, Guardian Angel, Possum's Farce, Stones of Rebirth, Eternal Return, to mark non-timer causing deaths
Bug and Exploit Fixes
- Accursed Pariahs should now receive their Transmutation epic when they reincarnate.
- Fixed HGLL Check for Stealthy at level 1 for LSA Hide. Characters with Stealthy at L1 should now be able to choose LSA Hide, per documentation.
- Bonus 5% XP for having all accomplishments will now be properly applied.
- Siren now gets listed 20% XP bonus for bard class, up from bugged 10%
- Fixed a bug preventing Hostile Environment Potions, Half-Molydeus, and Environmental Adaptation feats from negating Area DC penalty.
- Fixed a bug preventing Hostile Environment Potions, Half-Molydeus, and Environmental Adaptation feats from negating Area AB Penalty.
- Abyssal Vestiges handed back upon reincarnation are now fixed.
- Unclaimed Abyssal Vestiges are destroyed upon reincarnation no longer.
- Other Bug and exploit fixes.
