Li'l Rose: Ok, I just ran this through the test chamber. Your starting stats were a little off (so were mine, but I didn't run them through nwn or leto), so here's the starting ability scores for halfling:
STR: 14
DEX: 17
CON: 8
INT: 14
WIS: 14
CHA: 8
Gnome would simply be -2 DEX +2 CON....and I'm not sure I recommend it, now that I'm actually looking at the semi-finished toon.
With the build as listed, starting with 9 dex from level-ups and putting the rest in STR (going for *exactly* 30 dex naked), I got 91 AB in the test chamber. That's 92 AB in +14 gear. This means that the build basically won't work as written without either a STR or DEX artifact (if you go that route with the dex arti, make sure you count that in your total dex - you want 30 *with* the artifact). That said, there's a relatively easy solution: Drop the Listen feat (LSA: Listen, ESF: Listen, Blind Fight) and Greater Ruin in favor of 2x Great Strength. Also, take only 26 spellcraft (for Epic Mage Armor), and make *sure* you get listen (and tumble to 40) on your monk level. This will allow you to get all of the listed skills except for Heal and Concentration. grab 20 Concentration at any time when building (when taking your monk level is a great time), and just skip Heal entirely. I'd grab the Spellcraft when leveling as well (makes it easier to get the "target number"). You'll be reliant on a Visor of Vigilance for ESF: Listen, but that's nothing new really (VoV is a great helm anyway).
Not sure how this will work 2handing a morningstar - I personally use a *very* well-randomized Nameless Cold for my armor (augged with druid spellslots), so if I were to go that route my AC would top out at 128ish (that's with 5x Demi and Level 80, all pretty much fully-accounted-for on my toon, tho I might be able to squeeze in Shunt now if I really try for it...not sure I should tho). I could get more with robes, but robes as good as that Nameless Cold is are *incredibly* rare (speaking of Nameless Cold....make sure you look at any that drop in splits - it's an amazing armor for this, and I've noticed that they actually tend to randomize well).
