This is my take on the traditional Dex SDD build, turning it into a fun to play, decent damage dealing uni tank.
Please note that this build was reinced at level 69, 4x Demi with a prince win, trying to level this build from scratch would be extremely painful (because of it's reliance on both dex and wis for it's AC). Also note that this is not designed to be an uberbuild, was just something fun i put together to make use of my 4x dex SD i had gathering dust.
This build was inspired by archmage's original Dex SDD build that i used for a long time, though i think mine is different enough to justify it's own build post.

Legendary Levels:
All Stat points into STR
Con Arty at 55 (though if you dont feel the need for (true) poison immune, you could use STR to squeeze another AB in)
Armor Skin
Epic Prowess
LWF: Scythe
LSA: Discipline
Great Str 5
Great Str 6
Great Dex 7 (yes, dex there, not str.. don't mess that up)
Take 9 more points in Parry at level 59 for a total of 31, then 31 more points at 60 (using able learner)
Skills at 60 should be 60 tumble 63 disc 62 parry 63 CA 63 CW 63 Listen 10 Hide 8 Move Silently
Paragon Feats:
PWF: Scythe
Epic Dodge
Adaptivity 1-3
One paragon feat left that i'm not sure what to do with. Any suggestions?
Gear Setup at double demi (and prince win)
Armor: Robes of the Dim Mak Master
Helmet: Asmo helm
Gloves: Golden Guard
Boots: Sandals of Perdurance (If you don't have them, maybe a decent Mordenkainen's Mockery)
Cloak: Wrap of the Dark Prince (Cloak of elements is my recommendation if you don't have this)
Neck: Strongheart
Belt: Ainafea's
Ring: Recommend PW and a resist ring, since breach is covered on boots
If I had a pelor mote, id Seriously consider a setup like this:
Robes: Dim Mak
Helm: VoV
Gloves: Golden Guard
Boots: Sandals of Perudance
Cloak: Wrap of the Dark Prince
Neck: Strongheart
Belt: Asmo
Ring: PW, Resist
Mote: Pelor (wis/int)
This way you still get all 6 stats at +16, and the use of VoV, and Ridiculously high stat checks.
Right now, at level 69, my unbuffed AC is 131, im not completely sure what it will be fully buffed, i expect 133 or 134, with 2 more by level 80
My current fully buffed AB is around 101, by 80 it should be able to hit ~106
Right now my saves are 69 77 70, by 80 they should hit 74 82 75 if i did my math right.
The build gets 4 base attacks per round, +1 for haste and +1 for shadow evade is 6. I'm not sure if the bonus AB from Wrap results in an extra attack, and if that extra attack stacks with SD extra attack (i suspect that it does on both account) if so the build will get 7 attacks per round while wrap buff is up. Not bad, but it's no staff monk.
As I said before, the AB/AC (and lack of crit immune) is probably a little low to be considered a really viable end-game tank. That, along with it's heavy reliance on neg damage probably make it a bad choice to take to abyss, but fun in hells etc.
I haven't decided on a pandect yet. CA CW and sneak attack all have their advantages.
Any input is welcome, I'm sure this isnt perfect, maybe someone with more character building expertise can think of a better way of doing things, or embarrass me with any glaring mistakes i may have made
