I'm considering dropping OC/DC to pick up Toughness and more (Dex, Con, Int - Pick one). Someone convince me it's a bad idea.

morning star is 20/x3 thus with keen ic becomes
18-20/x3 i.e. (9 + 16) / 20 = 125% dps against critable
with oc/dc
17-20/x4 i.e. (16 + 15) / 20 = 155% dps against critable
155/125 = 1,24 - thus with oc/dc you get 24% dps increase against trash mobs - before resistances.

It says 19-20 x2 in game. (110%)
With Keen: 17-20 x2 (120%) With IC: 15-20 x2 (130%)
With OC: 14-20 x2 (135%) With DC: 14-20 x3 (170%)
So ignoring confirmation rolls and damage resistances it's a 40% loss on crittable mobs. With the current state of the mod - the trash should be instakilled, not beaten down - I'm still not convinced to keep OC/DC.

It says 19-20 x2 in game. i got confused when i read the description in the build section... it's kinda late in my timezone morning star is 19-20/x2 thus with keen ic becomes 15-20/x2 i.e. (12 + 13) / 20 = 125% dps against critable with oc/dc 14-20/x3 i.e. (21 + 12) / 20 = 165% dps against critable 165/125 = 1,32 - thus with oc/dc you get 32% dps increase against trash mobs - before resistances. fixed numbers the consequence of not picking oc/dc is looking bad in dps list after the run.

Our numbers don't quite match but it's close enough I'll say we're in agreement.
Can you convince me that a 32% DPS boost on trash mobs is worth the feat investment?

The divergence might be due not excluding "the roll 1" (which is always a miss). I know I did. Regardless, you will get 4 feats. Two pre-epic, GWF is relevant (+1 ab) toughness is ok and just 2 epic, which can only translate to something like dex+2 (+1 ac) both numbers are modest, when compared to dps+32%, specially since oyu already took harper for dps, i.e. cumulative stacking both is good to make you relevant against trash.

Looks like dropping both OC/DC and Smites is a dead end:

Not sure if HS boots cancel bonus attacks when taken off or swapped but i know that the rona boots displacement will cancel if removed or swapped.

If you get +2 Dex for checks, or +2 Cha for more dmg vs noncrittables, then that's an attractive tradeoff. Otherwise ("imo") it doesn't seem really worth the trouble, because regardless of crit/trash/targeting argument, your primary function as a tank should be to help the cores complete spawns faster, and unless you're a total carpet in the first place, for that purpose 60 more hp + some defensive statistic doesn't outweigh losing Str tank advantage of OC/DC (debatable usefulness depending party/run in hells for clearing spawns more efficiently, but no one can really deny it makes you a better killing machine basically anywhere else). But I think +2 Cha->1 or possibly 2 (cc pal 50% bonus) more pts of phys is justifiable. +2 Dex or Cha would be prolly most tempting option for me. I think +2 con is a wash (admittedly synergizes w/ toughness tho). +2 Int is nice, but I don't think as nice as OC/DC (+63 more skillpts would basically net +1 AB/AC from CA/CW?). but i know that the rona boots displacement will cancel if removed or swapped. I had no idea since I never had that item to test. This makes it an even worse idea than I thought, and an even worse item than I thought.
