So I want to build myself a new PC my current one while good and seems to work well is now ~4 years old I think it is time for an upgrade.
I am really just trying to decide between CPU+Dedicated GPU/Video Card or an CPU w/ Integrated Video
The 2 I am looking at are
AMD FX-6300 + Radeon HD 7750 w/ 1GB GDDR5 and AMD A10-5700 Trinity APU

Get a video card if you like playing NWN. It doesn't have to be great, even the lower end Radeons (e.g. 5450, 6450) can handle it. Integrated graphics won't cut it though (although I haven't tried the one you listed).

The APU integrated graphics are supposed to be equal to 6000 series Radeon can't recall which and honestly my Laptop uses the older integrated solution and it works fine though IIRC my laptop it is integrated on the motherboard not the CPU like with the new AMD APUs.

Well the first number in the Radeon series is like the model year, and is less significant than the second number, which is the performance tier. So I'd say if it's comparable to an x450 or higher, you'll be good to go. Any less than that and it's a tougher call-- I'd start looking up benchmark tests just to be safe.
The 7750 will probably be overkill, unless you are planning to multibox on multiple monitors or something like that.

I need to start looking as well. My son wants my current PC as his b-day present to replace the old one he's using now and the even older one in his room. I haven't seen anything that looks like it is a must have yet.
I have not even considered integrated video though. I'm not sure that it's where I need it to be yet.

I hope to end up hooking it to a 32" HDTV but don't yet have the TV and I know that bigger screens can and will put more strain on the graphic processing. It calls the video aspect of the APU a Radeon HD 7660D I found this comparing a model up and below the one I am looking at in some benchmarking www.anandtech.com/show/6332/amd-trinity-a10-5800k-a8-5600k-review-part-1/2 I may look more into reducing the cost of the CPU w/ Graphics card though I sometimes feel silly since I don't do too much gaming anymore I would like to I just hate most all the DRMs and Digital Distribution and I don't pirate things anymore. I just like to have the power should I find something worth while that doesn't have all the stuff I hate I also work with computers so having some extra power is usually helpful.

While the integrated stuff works fine for modern software, I dont recomand it with stuff like nwn. I have seen several ppl. now trying to run the game on one of those amd boards with the chip integrated gpu and haveing lot´s of issues and very often fps trouble. Better get a separate one and see you´ll stay with win 7. Win 8 graphics drivers start with 12.10 which is too new for nwn and can cause probs as well.
Besides that check what kinda Harddrive you wanna use. If it´s in the budget get a SSD for your system and maybe some of your main programs. The speed upgrade is vast.

Why would I get that wreck called Windows 8?
I think I will go with the FX-6300 and 7750 HDD I plan to have 3 total 1x 128 GB SSD and 2x 1TB Drives in a RAID1 for my data using onboard RAID but with it being for DATA drive and not application shouldn't see much performance hit 4x 4GB DDR3 1866 RAM I think an 850 WATT PSU should be enough for this setup

850 Watt? lol that´s way over what u will need. But if u plan to put a bigger graphics board or two in there the right choice.

Heh yeah that's a bit over-specced for just NWN and some HD television. It's like my wife's computer, she got top quality components, a nice video card, and then all she does is surf the internet for about five minutes a day when she's not on her iPad. Then when I try to play NWN on her machine she kicks me off!
Also, Windows 8 isn't that bad. It still has everything that Win 7 has, with perhaps one or two exceptions (and I haven't tried to play NWN on it). I was skeptical at first too, but after having it forced down my throat when I needed a new laptop, I shut up and took it, and now I kind of like it.
