Ingeneous use of the free spec feat, with splash fighter 1, I suppose slinger and Lashs could do the same.
Question:
A person without a strong heart could go str weapon + shield for how much ac? 138? (the 13% extra physical might payoff the 7 ac difference) I was sleepy (bard CC) So a str version with shield get about 138 ac and 90% concealment?

You need offhand empty and 60 CL to get 90 % conceal. With shield its only 80 %. 1 Fighter splash builds need a CL ego for this trick.
- Displacement - The concealment granted to the Warchanter by this spell will be lost if the Warchanter equips anything in their offhand. When casting this spell, Warchanters gain an extra 5% conceal if their offhand is empty, and lose 5% if it is not.

Interesting.
Still +17/19 ac is generally better than 10% concealment, for defenses, but +40% dmg payoff. But the value, with decent immunities indeed makes staffmasters envious.

Is the fighter level needed?.. i thought anything that had wep spec already i.e after quasi could take it further.

Four lvls of ftr required for WS. WS required for EWS. EWS must be taken on a ftr lvl. L and P WS only require EWS, i.e. not ftr lvl.
So, if you are getting no WS feats from non-class level sources, then four fighter is the minimum necessary and the fourth ftr level must be taken on an epic level which also has a bonus feat so that you take WS and EWS on the same level.
If you get WS from non-class source, EWS can be taken on any epic fighter level, including 1st, that comes with a feat. (This is the one that applies to DWC like fat midget.) If you have both WS and EWS, you can take L and P on any appropriate feat level as long as that weapon type is available. That last bit is for Anarch's creature weapons. Creature weapons are not available as feats for PCs.€€€

I followed your STR build and noticed under your LBAB that you're at 20, and mine is only 15. How'd you get yours to 20 there?
You indicated a Wrap won't fit. So, I am just curious what I did wrong?

Are you Level 63 or below? The remaining +5 LBAB are from Paragon levels.Edit: Actually I'm wrong anyway, just realized this is Bard-CC. Not a Warchanter player so I'm not sure, I imagine one of his spells is increasing his LBAB to that of a Fighter. Will have to wait for him to explain

Improved Heroism turns your LBAB from t2 to t1. Haste gives you (or your buddies) another attack. These 2 spells together mimic DP from Wrap, freeing cloak slot for something else.

No, Mass Haste when cast by a chanter turns into an Earthquake effect.
