I get where for a Sorcerer Evo is much bigger school and my suggestion was for the posted build here not a sorcerer stopping Evocation at Epic level and putting Divination up to Legendary because if the main reason is for the Paragon Karsus spell this build could easily get Karsus, via Polymathy, and then have all but Evocation school at Paragon Foci with a Paragon spell from one of them. So the changes I would make to your posted build would be Swap LSF Evocation for LSF Divination and then for Paragon feats I would do them in this order: Polymathy, Paragon Spell Penetration, PSF Transmutation, PSF Conjuration, PSK Transmutation(or Conjuration), & PSF Divination. You could and may be best to swap the 2nd PSF with the PSK so you have your Paragon Spells sooner.
Note on gear: only a Theurge with 30 Wizard levels can wear the Thids or Abo bracer and this build doesn't qualify for them best gloves might be UR Touch of the Grave for immunities though.

Evo is still a big school for a character that only has 2 real insta kill spells being PWK and Disintegrate. Im not sure how taking LSF Evo fairs against Div but im sure you know better than me. ;D
As for the bracers i had forgotten about that:P

Currently leveling this guy up, decided to drop a cleric level for a rogue splash since you dont get a penalty with stargazer. Searching and opening seemed too useful on a non sorc caster that can afford the skill splash. Elf also allows to crossclass in LL.

You need all DC you can have. LSF evo is pretty much required
As of Divination, pick it only after you get the bur subrace drow noble.
I have a similar build myself, and I assure you you can Specialize into Evocation and get necromancy and enchantment as barred schools.
While rogue splash sounds decent you'll require Epic skill focus pick lock to use it fully. Thereof, splashing Ranger is another good possibility as it gives a feat (spell focus) and access to search (int skill), animal empathy (helps creeping doom) and discipline (to avoid some nasty effects).

I've seen this in action 70+ and it rocked even as stargazer. Quick question though... can you specialize on a divine theurge and it effect your cleric spells?
