For a CC Sorcerer BK, it's a little bit different. You'll obviously have to start with significantly more base STR in order to offset the +4 you won't be getting from being CC Blackguard. But for pre-epic feats, you'll be able to fit a LOT more spell foci/metamagic, bump those spells foci to ESFs in Epic Levels, pick up a 3rd or 4th ESF from Tome and bump at least 3 of those ESFs to LSF. Not sure I understand what you mean here. Sorcerers do not get any bonus feats in pre-epic levels of any kind; wizards do. Hence my confusion about "LOT more spell foci/metamagic". In fact, sorc CC even with the most favorable class distribution possible (12/28) gets only 2 bonus feats, while most BG CC builds (22/18) get 4 in epic levels. Not to mention that you need to offset not only the lack of +4 strength in LL, but also +4 charisma and starting with 19 charisma can be unforgiving. I am not saying is it impossible to make a good sorc CC BK, it just gives up too much.

What I'm referring to in regards to pre-epic feats is that a CC Sorcerer Bane Knight wouldn't need to take Power Attack, Great Cleave, Weapon Focus, Improved Critical and Divine Might (Blooded could probably also be added to that list, but I have a feeling most CC Sorcerer BKs would want to take advantage of the option to be considerably more tanky than the average sorcerer). That's enough spare feats to take two more GSFs and another metamagic. In epic levels, you do get less feats, but you're also not going to take Epic Prowess, Epic Weapon Focus, Overwhelming Critical and Devastating Critical, allowing you to use your two epic bonus feats for Epic Spell Focus instead.

TS all BK's need Power Attack unless you get Cleave for free through other means as it is a prerequisite for the basic Cleave which is a prerequisite for the Blackguard class. The Sorc CC path gets fewer total feats, less CHA, and less STR for more CL on none BK spells which will still be too low a CL to be useful offensively and you don't need any more of the additional defensive feats really. There is currently no reason to go for a Sorc CC you gain almost nothing and lose a lot. The only thing I can think of that they gain is some extra spells known via qualifying for the feat as well free ones from hitting select class levels.

CC Sorcerer BKs definitely need some help by way of modifications to the quasi-class itself, but I don't see any reason to tailor a subrace for just a single variant of a quasi-class when it could just as easily be viable for both. I think it's better to leave the possibility open in case later modifications are put in place which make CC Sorc more viable. And you're also forgetting that a 28 Sorc/12 BG BK gets access to Epic Spells. I wouldn't say that's nothing.

No it absolutely suit both options equally I'm just stating that one side of the build options is completely broken on an already partially broken QC.
