Currently running at 145 with girding and asmo gear, yes you have to beg for conceal but once you get some then you have conceal, ftr conceal and epic dodge for stuff to get past in order to hit you once they manage to get a high enough roll to beat your ac. I've found I don't get hit that much with only 'special' attacks that I've not planned for causing me issues. You'll rip through non crit immune stuff as you're critting pretty much every other hit and you have the added bonus of being able to remove weapons from some of the more annoying mobs. The wizard level has proven pretty useful as I carry around stacks of scrolls for GS, MB, STF, gust, mord, BBoD, etc. very useful in certain areas and means that casters can focus on doing caster stuff while I unstone, remove confusion, gust with the avantage that I can do this in the middle of melee without getting smacked down immediately. Yes a morningstar would be a good choice for a finessing large race and if you wanted to keep Evasion to minimise AoE damage you could use Panoply of Lliira robes. Yes you could splash monk instead of wizard to get more ac and go the dual weilding route (as I did on my first version of this build) but I think if you're trying to disarm things anything that drops your ab is going to negatively impact on this ability which is why I focussed on a single weapon and all the feats that improve this route.
