One Item Suggestion Per Thread, with the Following Information:
1. Item statistics
2. Intended power level (55-60, or paragon)
3. The build it is intended for
4. The item currently used that it would replace [except in the case of usables and items that don't occupy inventory slots]
This subforum is only for items geared towards two different level ranges: 55-60 (elysium, aboleths, hells), and paragon.
It is intended for set loot suggestions only, to help speed development.
