This is really very powerful, perhaps it should not be usable by full casters, i.e. class with full spellbook progression.
Blackguards, Paladins, Rangers, Assassins and Bards.

Looks like a mixture of gear, with a ridiculously OP free LSF . I can understand ESF on some gear maybe, but only with certain restrictions i.e. only useable by BK, Theurge, 31 levels of this or that.

Every gloves in the game - these gloves would be worn by all casters, no question. Free LSF, just farm long enough to get your school of choice.

Editors note: they are ridiculously overpowered, but would add a nice flavour to caster being able to do whatever he/she wants instead of making sacrifices - but interestingly enough it would be a fine balancing factor for a caster bard if it gave LSF evocation, allowing picking it + charisma without sacrificing more or less mandatory epics, thus making bard a ton funnier to play.

Well this is not to replace any existing gears, this is more to first help class like melee to have a decent gmw and also to have them own fom, also to help class like pally, BG, BK, Rangers, shifters, etc with a spell school focus to make them more fun and interesting to play, but also for full casters who on some runs they need a school focus they dont have but on the run if they dont have it they are close to useless for the party.

Somes quasi class melee surely can also appreciate them as they will boost them spells buff.

They surely not perfect and sure they can be overpowered like for pur caster type like wizz, sorc , cleric, druid, bard , but i think this worth to think about it, then if some have suggestions for this tell us.

I think these gloves could be available to Casters classes that do not have lvl 9 spell access (Mostly tanky casters like bg, ranger, paladin) so the restrictions could be added accordingly. I do think LSF for any pure caster type (mainly four cores) is quite OP so there would need to be adjustments to prevent those combos from using the item. I like the idea of those tank-like casters to be able to cast self buffs.

Well at this time if thoses kind of restriction like only for melee, pally, bg etc but no pure class like wizz, bard, cleric, druid or no lvl 9 spells then it should have add like fire, cold, sonic, acid, elect wp on or at least a couples of them then this can allow a melee class to use them when few on the server to solo some runs by himself a little easyer

And this would make it a buff -> swap item - which is not necessarily a bad thing, but true. No way you'd wanna wear after that treatment in a battle.

This seems plausible, though I would probably make one for each. Based on that, any other suggestions? OP? Your original was very overpowered, but this might make it work.

Matt you forgot Bane Knight, Staff Master and surely some other class

Also why not usable by other melee class even if it's just to be able to autobuff them wps

I think this was better to put a limitation of spells lvls then to put class usable, like only usable by thoses who cannot use spell lvl 9 or something like this

Also why to withdraw the spell fom ? and same for the few immus for elements and exotic , at start i suggest it's a lvl 50 item

BK is under blackguard, Staffy is under WM.

It's just a guide, hinting at the fact it shouldn't be usable by 9th level casters. Dont take it as, i dont want certain melees to use it. It'd be fine for all melees. Lil more OP for a few i.e. BK, Staffy, Battle Cleric, Stormlord, Chanter etc... but still ok.

Being so specific and saying CL 50 cleric GMW and CL 50 fom just seemed weird, besides is didnt have or fit with any kinda theme, having these random bonuses on something already uberpowered.

No way could that be a lvl 50 item, seemed more like uberparagon to me at the start.
