I'm a big supporter of the ''too much poison, too many CON arti users, too little variance in build choices'' cause, but at the same time I think that having a single item in the module as the answer to a more broad issue is not the solution. It could give feat-level poison immunity just to protect vs Viper Trees and lesser issues, and use a different elemental combination (Acid is a given, with poison concept): we have A/E Bastion of Cormyr, A/F Pyroclastic Flow, A/S Bloodward and Thoraxian Shell so we lack a Acid/Cold option. Immunity Acid 50% Immunity Cold 50% Resistance Acid 50/- Resistance Cold 50/- Bonus Feat: Venom Immunity //same as lvl9 druid Bonus Feat: Vitality II // +4 CON checks, mostly if not all poison ones, adds some uniqueness too Immunity: Poison Spell Immunity: Poison //you never know... Immunity: Disease //just poison Improved Saving Throws: Fortitude +10 Improved Saving Throws: Poison +20 Arcane spell failure -15% //keeping it for bards with displacement, but the shield lowers EV concealment for mages Heal +20 //I feel like there're too many disci/tumble shields around, heal could make it even more niche for uni/wis LT, or just caster plate cleric. AC bonus +16

The problem with Con checks bonus is roll 1 still occurs. And serpent's coil already have Con+4.
I went with the 3 immunities to make it feel different from both Tower and Large shields and didn't want a 50/50 or a 100/0 (maybe cold instead of sonic)
The improved saving throw seems a good touch tough. If it prevented poison instant kill it would go well. Is there any endgame poison that isn't instant kill? (Osy maybe?)

I agree with Raj's analysis and proposed changes. Artifact level immunity has no place on an item, even a paragon tier item.

This one provides 'True Fear' immunity (eg: Mushrooms in Shedaklah). I can definitely see the angle you're coming from, but as Raj said the answer probably shouldn't come from one Paragon shield. I believe there are some planned changes to the mechanics of Poison and/or Con Arti already coming up, so probably best to wait for those.

I added most Raj's suggestions and swapped the immunity to a "slippery mind" ability against poison (reroll d20 once if fail)
