Immunity: Silence (not sure here - fits thematically, but could opt for some unwanted users of the helm in Nessus in particular so would be nice to make Snakeys not respect it) Never shuts up

While wearing this item any Taunt, Bluff or Persuade effect used will have a medium size area of effect. Only speaks himself, depending on what works on the audience.
2. Intended power level (55-60, or paragon)

3. The build it is intended for
Bard primarily, but works for other fanatic speakers too - any tank willing to sacrifice defenses for utility.
4. The item currently used that it would replace [except in the case of usables and items that don't occupy inventory slots]
Visor of Cursed Chaos - the AoeBC variant of this item - but would not replace, only complement for a different type of group. NOTE: I wished for it to provide ESF, but then it would be too similar to the Visor of Cursed Chaos. Thus opted to go with... a little something else - with a Paragon flavour. If you do not use the Aoe-BC helm and there is a proficient druid around, you'd use any defensive XR variant instead - such as Haunted Corridors of the Mind which seems the best of the XRs to me if you have the item slots for it (ele/exo/phys/eso dr, spellslot-wise) - or Vestige helmets, or any UBER randomized Defensive Variant (this is all from Bards Point of View).
Downside: if one player is persuading everyone, it will collide with multiple users of Taunt / Bluff / Persuade within the party. So far though, based on experience in groups, this has not been an issue in a long time.
Downside: HUGE defensive hit in tankability to use this over XR helms for when Aoe-BC is not needed.
Upside: amazing aoe persuade, aoetaunt, aoe bluff! Whoohoo!
