By the way, is there a reason that all picker assassins go rogue? Is there a bump to an important skill, or is it just for the guildmaster's glint?

This is what I came up with but I think I can do better: No Armor Skin? I would skip Toughness. I think you need ESF Discipline to max it as well. To max. Craft Weapon would be good.

The AC as a dexer is already stupidly high. How important is it to absolutely max discipline? And if you had a choice between 3 monk/7 wm with no dual weild, and 2 monk/8 fighter with, which would you choose?

There's something off with this build that I just can't put my finger off. Yes, toughness is basically a wasted feat, but other than Armor Skin, I'm not sure what would be better. Two-weapon fighting with Assassin Daggers seems really lackluster, but at the same time it's better than no damage. I dunno.. I've been pondering what to do to improve on this build for the last day and for some reason I can't come up with any real solutions.... other than making it not DEX-based.

In the resent update, assassins can now insta-kill twice per round. Therefore, I suspect dual-wield is better. Imho, its important to max discipline.

Can you MS with off-hand? Didn't think you could

Nope. Fairly certain you can only MS with your main hand and only if it's actively honed.

You cannot hone more than one weapon at a time.
You may perform MS with offhand attacks if using a double weapon.
Dual wielding assassin daggers is worthless, and no one wants to buff a useless offhand weapon.

Let's run the numbers... Dexter, assuming no oc/dc.
multiplier = x1 threat x4 (base) *3(keen + IC) = 12 ==> 9-20
Attacks Dual = 4 +1/haste +2 offhand hand = 7 => 3/2/2 Single = 4 +1/haste = 5 ==> 2/2/1
Dual hand = all main hand attacks in the first flurry (flurry = 2 seconds, round = 6 seconds)
MS chance proc = 60% Odds of at least 1 proc = 1 - (0,4)^5 = ~99% (assuming AC/concealment isn't a factor) Odds of 2 or more procs = ~92% //I believe - in my mind it was: ( 1 - 5*((0,6)*((0,4)^4)))
If you go a threat 3 weapon Odds of at least 1 proc = 1 - (0,55)^5 = ~95% (assuming AC/concealment isn't a factor) Odds of 2 or more procs = ~54% //as above
----------------- Keep in mind a 50% concealment REALLY throws a threat 3 weapon down.

Yeah, I changed it to rapiers. Ended up going with 9 Monk/1 Fighter/30 Assassin at the cost of only epic will and toughness.

Why 9 Monk/1 Fighter? You lose an attack that way? BAB is only 14.

In my opinion the second MS attempt makes other weapons much less useful. Maybe dagger and shield as rogue blackguard Dexter also would work.
Monk 4 is the limit due requiring BAB 16.
