End game druid builds here, nothing really original but there're only Rilmani posted and Conjuration is quite lackluster as a school nowadays. You take a 20% multiclass penality to exp gain, you've been warned.
Edit: included Drow Noble version because it has some nice flavor (and there're no drow noble builds posted), but is quite a late boomer. Very defensive build, not recommended if you play mostly Hells.
Edit #2: if you don't want to have an xp penality and play old style Rilmani, try to rearrange the feats based on this build, since most other druids are outdated: that means leave conj at the (free) Greater Spell Focus, and beside the mandatory Evo/Necro/Trans take Abj to at least Epic, but even better up to PSF.

The main issue with conj in end game are epic spells: the epic is just weak (pretty much every class has better self concealment, or should just ask for a cheap displacement), the paragon is strong but short lasting and fits battle druids builds more.
With Evocation, Transmutation, Necromancy being must have schools the bonus feat you're getting from selecting HC lets you pick a 4th no-conj school of choice up to the Paragon Spell Knowledge rank, and Abjuration/Divination/Enchantment all provide something cool here.
After the Fissure/Reverse Gravity nerf the infliction from Illusion benefits just the tanks, and if you want to support them might as well take PSK Conj. PSK Illu alone is not worth, because there're no other strong illusion spells and the epic Veil is next to useless (wohoo +2 ac ). Abj and Div both provide good epic spells and a very useful paragon spell, while Ench has a meh summon as epic but a psk that can disable whole hard spawns. Even better, these schools provide some good spells to use when you put your head outside of dis-min and realize that spamming drowns is not going to work that good anymore.
That being said, for the most versatile end game build I pick Abjuration as 4th school of choice: it lets you dispel your own targets (so many casters with a spell mantle or ethereal visage that has to be removed before you can kill them, and hell rods are just slow and not 100% effective), place protective fonts, buff elemental imms even higher and deal with obscene high Spell Resistance boss/paragon values in Abyss and Limbo. The paragon spell is pretty much another, longer lasting Immutable Force, to good builds covering relevant instakill immunities and taking 'only' damage. Immunity to Venom/Blight is cherry on top, useful now that CON arti is losing its edge on some tank builds.
For you boring people who missed the bad pun in the title, or poor scrubs who didn't get to dance this in the days when real singers had mustaches and didn't have to go through X Factor: Ohh
