Ur/Bur rings have 1 exo imm + 2 ele imm (bur rings also have off ele's at 10%), basicly only rings with 2+ exo are QE (nessus set breach ring) and asmo rings as well as Universal Contumacy (10% div/mag/pos, 25% ele's).
For what I know you're looking this mainly for your pariah which is 50'ish, so nessus items are still far out of question. UC is bur (lvl 60), finding mediocre ones shouldn't be too hard, then again, late game runners often wont bother picking those from split them ending up being mass sold.
What comes to other slots.
5% exo imm from ely mote, those require tag, give me a holla when you have the tag. 5-10% from gloves slot, for example Golden_Guard, Gloves_of_the_Amnizu and Manacles_of_Mephistopheles. Cloak slot has rona item Mantle_of_the_Sheinja and some other, again higher tag required pieces like ely drops. Armor slot has for example Chainmail_of_the_Weave and Mandate_of_Heaven again, requiring tags. Amulet has Beldoin's_Spellturner and Divine_Intervention which doesnt require tag. DI is overall good option for immunities, however it doesnt cover resistances. Casters often need to use ammy slot to get those. Shields have many pieces with 10% imm to one, later on that is. The_Ur-Ward is fairly common non tag version with total 15% for lvl 60's.
Generally speaking tho, you should be totally fine covering each run specific highest demand exo imm with 2 rings of given type, preferable randomized upwards and possible given 5% aug on it. Exo imms from other gear usually costs more than they give. Bracers are flex for most builds and the 5-10% is handy if that slot doesnt need to cover other things. Armor is pretty build specific, mandate is good option for certain classes (high soak tanks or low dex clerics who can buff its ac).
Also getting 20-25 resist on exos is high recommended, many burs (belt, helm, boots for example) have 15-20 base and then hoping for good randomization.
Only earthquake immunity that I can recall offhand is asmo armor. Flesh to stone dont hold your breath on. Only armor that I recall. Exo resist augs are 15/- as rare, if ya look for 20+ items then you probably dont want any of those. Immunity ones are 5% and especially divine/pos should be fairly easy to find ppl to sell.
Anyways, my tip is to be way more specific on what you look for.
Edit: apparently my wiki links werent working so removed em.

Only earthquake immunity that I can recall offhand is asmo armor. Flesh to stone dont hold your breath on. Only armor that I recall. Unless I'm mistaken, there are 2 fairly accessible shields wih FtS immunity. One of them is Slag that can drop from Wastalraniq - the drawback is that it's incredibly heavy (3000 lbs?), so you need high srength or you will encumbered all the time. The other one comes from Dis, and is very friendly to pariahs: stoning immunity, spell slots slots, 10% phys immunities and some regen. Immunity to Earthquake only comes on Asmo armor. If EQ is your biggest concern, it is easier to get respectable amount of positive immunity or simply stay far enough (EQ has limited range and the spammers usually move very little if at all). Another option is to trade for a godly item with Spell Immunity: Earthquake as an added property (they can exists in theory), but be ready to sell both kidneys and your house for that.

This: Immunity ones are 5% and especially divine/pos should be fairly easy to find ppl to sell. This is probably the easiest way to build out your resists. These 5% augs are often left in splits, are usable at lower levels, and are also regularly for sale in the aug shop in the workshop on 111. Covering all the exotics bullet-proof concurrently usually comes at too high of a cost in spell slots, etc, for casters, and most tanks. Ultimately, swapping 1 or both area/encounter specific BUR rings with up to 35%(can be auged up by 5 or 7% to get there) specific exo each works.
