Missing Hell Tags! & maybe exp but not sure about exp

Ok I don't know what the deal is but my x1 bard is no longer x1. I'm missing my hell tags from Stygia on. I know I was demi x1 because I have been to the abyss and no one would take me unless I was at least x1, and I know I got one or two of those tags recently when I poorly "barded" such a run (There was another bard in the group who did a much better job). I don't have any screen shots showing the before(which now I know I should have done) but I do have a pic of my current predicament. I don't know what you all do from here. Please fix this problem before my reincarnation week is up. Thank you!

Did you do malb-nessus during the reinc week and then redid?

Were you using asmo artifact, planewalker ring, malad armor (echoes) or any other tag requiring gear that you can say for 100% sure?

Bad news is it's likely user error and not fixable.

Good news is, it's a bard and easy to get hell runs.

Judging only by the screenshot and story so far, it seems extremely likely that the toon was never actually x1.
If you're *sure* that you completed every Hell layer in the correct order then you probably somehow missed the Stygia tag and continued through the deeper layers even though your Skull said you weren't up to them - this could be due to crashing during the Stygia fight or reincarnating and losing your Skull progress (as Raj mentioned). Notably you wouldn't have been getting sparkles whenever a new Hell boss died.
If this is what happened, chance of tag 'refund' has traditionally been very low; it's generally a good habit to check your Skull before and after your runs to make sure you're on the correct track.

This toon is one of my oldest toons. He demied 7 or more years ago before we even had tags and he demied then. I don't have any proof aside from what I have given, but if nothing can be done I'm fine with that. I have no real proof aside from doing one abyss run with him when I first came back about 2-3 months ago. I don't know why anyone would take a lvl 61 bard on such a run if he wasn't demi. Anyway I'm not gonna cry about it... I know it was x1, but I can provide no proof than what I have already given. So if I need to start over that's fine I'll start over. Though I have no reason to lie about being x1... I'm not going to push the subject any further. It's my fault for not getting a screen shot before I reincarnated so I consider the matter closed.

You simply didn't provide any info beside a wild guess: did you reincarnate it recently? Your screenshot with empty quickslot made me think of a reincarnation. My reply was aimed at that, because if you get tags during reinc week and redo then you lose them. If you aren't holding an asmo artifact (or can't remember using one) that's another hint you didn't demi instead.

Generally speaking reincarnation has exactly 0 issues with tags, the fact I reincarnate 10-12 builds every 3 months and never lost anything makes me quite fond of the system. Every time these issues pop up is always player error, can check forum history for that.

Abyss is level 60 (55+ to enter but 60 recommended). Demi 1x is weaker than 0x. Player skill matters. Pity or company.

Every once in a while funny things happen, even without player error, whether reincarnation is involved or not. I have an AA level 62 that is NOT even immortal and that has a sum of stats suggesting he's x1. No glow, red or purple, and !list acc is completely blank. Cannot be deleted, or deleveled. No reinc. It just... happened Perhaps what Blazingezus described is one of such occurrences?

I think that was a pitty run for me because there was another bard on the run and Atomie iirc. I basically stayed in GS and tried not to die. But that's neither here nor there... I can't prove anything so I'll just chug along.
