Inspired by the fluff text of Generalist amulet and Simbul's aug. Hopefully not too strong (better than +1 CL for assassins, BGs, pallies etc. though) or not too weak (for ego) Ist's augmenter- grants Skill Focus in every skill - grants +35 bonus to every skill (or in other words, combined with lowbie tag bonuses and prince win bonuses, you are ready to go with +50 all, song only countering penalties)

If it grants all skills it should be limited to around +5 imo. Dumbing down the whole skill points portion of the gearing game into one lucky ego is too strong. Edit: perhaps +8 would be decent to put it at an even status against UR augs of specific Skill minus the ESF. This would make the ego a reasonable way to go and pick up the ESF:Listen/Whatever as a feat and make this fill the gap, making the Salamander/OtherESF:Feat Uraugs game a bit less mandatory drag to go through on tanks especially.

Way too powerful as already noted, there would be mass brawls for an Ego like this for all but caster or DC based characters. If you could pick a few skills to add the + to on creation that would be useful whilst not being stupidly powerful although I suspect implementation of this effect might be tricky if at all possible.

Too strong - sf in everything is already quite strong enough. If it grants all skills it should be limited to around +5 imo. Dumbing down the whole skill points portion of the gearing game into one lucky ego is too strong. Most builds that actually need SF in anything rarely have more than 2 of them, the rest doesn't necessarily have to be capped or it is easy to do so without SF. Typically these are rogue (splash) builds, or low demi bards, and even then SF is rather placeholder until higher demi, +16 gear or PL bonuses kick in. Even CC rogues normally take only SF: Disarm Trap and use cheap Embroidered aug, for the time being. So SF in everything isn't OP, it just makes sure that everybody who would consider taking some, can use that aug. Gotta agree with "dumbing down" point though, that's a good catch. Way too powerful as already noted, there would be mass brawls for an Ego like this for all but caster or DC based characters. If you could pick a few skills to add the + to on creation that would be useful whilst not being stupidly powerful although I suspect implementation of this effect might be tricky if at all possible. Well, yeah, a brawl would surely follow, if a useable item with such aug appeared in loot split. But that is partially because there are very few augs designed for non-caster, non-DC based builds. An honorable mention goes to Uthgar's and Farseer aug (does anybody use these?).
