Stats at 60: Str: 42, Dex: 18, Con: 10(with con arti), Wis:12, Int: 14, Cha:8 Skills: CA, Disc, Listen, Parry, 60 Tumble, rest CW (should be about 28-33) AB: 95 with 80 CW AC: Unsure, would appreciate a calculation from someone who understands.
Please change title, it's not very respectful to the original build poster to make a totally different build and have it share the same name. edited. If you're making an open race build might as well post it in the newbie section, with the class spread listed.
- Blind fight is useless with listen (and because listen is necessary for any tank past 40, we can expand the concept and claim Blind Fight is useless stop). - The whole point of 4 fighter levels is to be able to qualify for Paragon Weapon Specialization, else there're better/different/no splash builds - AC at 60 in BURs and +14s (usually the end-game first milestone) is going to be 10 base +2 armor skin +12 tumble +20 dodge +15 armor +17 natural +2 craf armor +17 deflection +6 monk +11 dex +8 wis, or 120. 122 with some lucky randomization and +18 natural/deflection. That's low.

Not worth posting in newbie section if not worth building, Did mostly everything I could to push AC while still keeping AB and unless I did something horribly wrong I feel like its just not possible with open subrace. Looks like I will be waiting for kolyarut, maybe doable with zenythri.
It's not about subrace only. The only way to get great ac on str based monks is with demigod/paragon levels, that can add +8 to both wis and dex (due to +16 items available as well) and 2 more ac, for a total of +10 ac.
That's why such builds are best left for post demigod reincarnation at high levels, and build something more defensive early on. Or, play very defensively avoiding to be tanking more than 2 enemies at once and flanking, but that's nto always possible.
Going STR based full crit offense on a open subrace halfling melee character is very greedy and extremely optimistic for defense, no matter the class - monks are one of the harder ones to build offensively before endgame potential like demi/sub/artifacts/soforth. The full on offense builds 2h whambam boom boom all in are a product of other bonuses the module provides later on as you build up your account, or relying on your party to honestly speaking carry you for a longer time than you or they like to admit to get there. Works for botters to avoid reincarnation cycles in laziness when the character has no need to be played or perform in any other way to progress.
Edit: so recommendation: accept that you'll be a glass cannon and play super careful // do the stuff raj recommended to get epic weapon spec in, it's crucial // drop wm for harper scout for a bit more defensive offense // go dex based with ftr harper and hate your crits but love your elemental / exotic damage output in terms of attacks and be fairly tanky.
