With the changes to abyss and hell rewards i almost wana play my lvl 80s to get them 7x and do some more abyss. Along with all the canopic farming that gets done with max lvl characters its not fun to have so much wasted xp!
Plz add in levels 80 -100 with level 100 being around 1billion xp
Levels could simply continue on same as 60-80 or if thats boring or too powerful anything else if fine! Just want something to use xp on

Is there need to increase the power gap between those who multibox and those who do not?

Eh is that important? It would make playing level 80s more fun boxing or solo.
And if people think that is important the levels 80 to 100 could have cosmetic bonuses not power

Wouldnt your rug tank that you farm limbo with like to use all the xp? Would make farming less boring, or foofies bard? Both non boxers that could make use of this

Something deck of cards-esque in mechanics maybe, use the given item in which it takes a certain amount of exp in exchange for a temp buff or randomly rolled item.... maybe even something as simple as it will give a BUR item at random for X amount of XP. That wouldnt be a power increase per say but a use for all that added exp.
I reckon something like that would be a relatively easily add for the team and could provide a use. Could branch out to anything like consumables, secrets, tokens of some sort?
Anyways, something small to use exp on would be cool. Better than nothing and more balanced than just adding more levelup bonuses considering areas are already doable by 60s and beyond.

Currently the only characters that can burn exp are arcanes through scroll production, it would be good if there were other ways to use it although as exp reduction doesn't forcibly de-level characters you'd have to be careful that they couldn't just keep using it after they hit the minimum for the level they were currently at which I suspect might require some quite involved coding.

I was thinking of using xp similarly to badger’s challenge for non doppelgänger toons to change appearance. So spend 20-50 mil xp to pick a custom appearance, using the same rules as the challenge.

aside from the obvious benefit of not affecting power creep or balance or whatever concerns ppl may have, there's the advantage of being something that literally wouldn't require any coding effort or zots. no need for automation via scripted object dialogues or whatever, just have a dm delete the xp after the normal face-to-face badger procedure...
that said, i dunno if cosmetic changes is a true answer to OP. ppl have been asking for cosmetic customization for years and while ofc that would be great, at this point years after PLs released and limbo even, i think it's not untimely to start considering what happens to level or xp-derived toon power after L80. i mean manuka isn't asking for anything insanely strong, it's just the principle of having something to strive for, as small and incremental as it may be...it's just the feeling of grinding for *some*thing, something noticeable or even placebo-y

With the exception of consuming the DM's highly valuable free time, appearance changing is the cheapest suggestion to having no zots required. But the return on investment is slight, being that most of my toons I actually like to look at already, and most people would buy the appearance change "once" then they are once again looking for something to burn xp on. Its a temporary bandage for an issue. Certain consumables that are not available in the demi store come to mind, as an added xp sink, but this obviously starts to accumulate zots and code time, although the chance of someone actually using that option repeatedly is much higher than appearance changes. I have often thought that some of these consumables are so rare they aren't worth having around. I end up storing them in the bank or carrying them forever for fear of wasting them on a less than deserving opponent. Or forgetting they are there. Some of them being a single use item makes me so reluctant to waste it, that I literally never use it.

What about 100m xp for a potion that gives you +2 to a random (or chosen) stat permanently. I.e str
Or 100m xp for a potion that permanently grants 1% to all immunities

What about a simple Canopics or Gold. (But at a low rate)

I like the idea of being able to trade in Post-80 xp for items. Suggestions that would not unbalance game-play: -- A token that when consumed a dds 250 charges (or whatever quantity the Dev Team deems best) to Hell Electifiers. -- An inventory device that grants casters the Scribe Scrolls/Craft Potions and Wands feats. -- A small pet that follows the player. It can be strictly cosmetic or can cast buffs on the player's toon once per rest. Such pets can take the form of pixies, miniature wisps, rats, hawks, cats, or whatever, depending on the specific pet selected by the player. -- An Autocaster for items that would normally require players to use the radial menu of staffs, etc. -- Stacks of GR or Greater Restore pots. -- Other and similar items of the same vein. -- A Token of Unbinding which would allow the player to transfer some bound item from one toon to another. -- Canopics. -- Buff items. -- XP Pots that are usable only by that player's lower level toons.
A shopkeeper, like that selling augmenters in Zerial's Workshop on 111 can be created to exchange items for xp. Suggestions as to where this merchant can set up business include: -- The Forge. -- Zerial's Workshop -- Limbo Part Two (I like this idea since it might encourage players to actually complete this rarely utilized run.) What might such a merchant appear? Glad you asked!

Stats of any form or fashion. Even marginal buffs like previously mentioned of 1% to all immunities. Or a tier based system and dependent on the value turned in you can choose from various tables.

Rather than stepping on the toes of doppelgangers, perhaps XP to add/change/remove wings appearance and XP to add/change/remove tail appearance. that's 2 separate custom appearance changes at-least. Have separate quests involved for each source. What might such a merchant appear? Glad you asked! Loot item: when used, creates a bound "XP Token With a Fitting Name" with unlimited uses as a drop from an upcoming EE area (that drops similar to the temporal auto caster from abos). When "XP Token With a Fitting Name" is used, a conversation pops up asking what you would like to crate for you: An Electrifying Token (requires X xp to add Y charges to electrifier) A Book of Scribe Scroll (requires X xp grants feat) A Book of Craft Want (requires X xp grants feat) A Book of Craft Potion (requires X xp grants feat) A Lesser Potion of Experiance (requires 1 mil XP to turn into a potion that grants 50k xp) A Potion of Experiance (requires 10 mil XP to turn into a potion that grants 500k xp) A Greater Potion of Experience (requires 50 mil XP to turn into a potion that grants 2.5m xp) Things can be removed or added to the list though such as Canopics, Gold etc. I would highly recommend against anything that increases stats or immunity's permanently, mainly because of balance and tweaking of mobs to counteract the benefits. For example if you are a fighter, and you get +2 str, then mobs will want 1 more AC, with a sorcerer and +2 cha, mobs will want +1 saves etc. Something like this would just make it simpler to allow you go to to lvl 100 and grant +2 stats again like 60-80 and balance mobs out that way instead.
