my error cost me a level 60+ bard for not taking leg xp

about a month or two ago i reincarnated my bard, and then got busy with other toons.  well after a while i logged in to build the bard and found that i was sent to cheaters cell.

i tried to delete the toon to be in compliance, but i couldn'tt even do that while in cheater's cell.


my request is that, if possible, could i get an extension on my reincarnation period, and if not, please delete the toon off my account.
