I recently got Thanathos 3 on my PM, but cannot equip Shroud of Fell Power. First when I tried to put it on, message "You must have killed Harthoon to use this item" appeared. After relogging to a fresh server another message appeared: "You do not have the necessary class levels to use that". The build is 30 pm / 10 wiz and clearly has Harthoon tag, Bracers of Pelion give no problem. If the robes require 30 levels of wizard, there is no mention of it in its description (and also little strange, considering that they are a direct upgrade to Styg robes). Tried all the usual steps, relogging to a fresh server, running the robes through bank chest, dying and getting rezzed.
