A dispelled Staffmaster is useless (even more useless in some/most eyes) as a frontline tank they need some help in this area. Covering Breach, Mord and Dispel can be done when you can wear breach boots, a staffmaster loses 10% conceal which makes them not an option really.
To be honest I think this item should be added to the Abyss loot set instead of the Mechanis/Limbo set.

Are you sure this cloak couldn't use even the tiniest bit of Physical immunity - even a nerfed amount? Completely giving up phys imms seems a bit harsh - especially on an unswappable item since it has slots on it. If it had no slots, it would retain swappability function better. Having a situationally useful property (Dispel) and spell slots but no physical immunity seems like a hard-to-wear item to make - we all know how popular the Abyss cloaks similar to this are... I would recommend giving it that 5% physical, so still nerfed but not zero so you can actually wear it fulltime. So many runs have no dispel immunity, reslotting as needed seems like an unneeded complication.. I wonder what would be worth the slots in terms of item value? Or did you specifically want it to cover slots and dispel for some reason? Even if so, I think 5% immunity would be fine as long as this item is limited to Staffmasters - it's still not a "must wear" item. In runs with no dispel, it is still inferior to even just basic Tia cloak...

Base item: Ring
Dark Gravitas - physically aligned breach ring with negative flair AC: Deflection 18 Spell Immunity: Breach Spell Immunity: Greater Breach Spell Immunity: Lesser Breach Damage Immunity: Slashing 5% Damage Immunity: Bludgeoning 5% Damage Immunity: Piercing 5% Damage Resistance: Bludgeoning 30/- Damage Resistance: Slashing 30/- Damage Resistance: Piercing 30/- +16/30 Soak [-1+ compared to XR, but higher value - essentialy "vs trash" soak] Spell Immunity: Flesh to Stone Damage Immunity: Negative 100%
Notes: it is statted fairly simlarly to the vestige breach boots - less phys imm, soak + neg added - but rings generally have more stats than boots so I find it fair, competition over ring slot is often heavier than boots. Using this ring is a heavy tax on your characters' exotic immunities over alternatives, excluding the negative immunity which is often a non-factor, but when it's not could be very valuable.
Concept ring Ring 5 charges: Globe of Invulnerability CL 50, 3 charges cost self-mini shunt same as the robe from Hells, 12 turns, 2 charges cost CL: 60 Augury, 1 charge cost Spell Immunity: Mordenkainen's Disjunction Damage Immunity: Magical 35% Damage Immunity: Positive 15% Damage Immunity: Negative 40%
Notes: can't get all 3 buffs simultaneously you need to decide what you need but it enables versatility from the item for various runs and situations if the player is clever, no elemental or physical imms whatsoever but has exotic imms compareable to a well randomized XR mord ring, should be wearable and not just a buffer swapper.

Notes: could be interesting for the classes low on feats/class spread access to make up lack of saves. Lacks mord/breach/dispel/miscs, low immunity amounts but not nonexistent.
