Funky's idea regarding barbarians and their clunky weapon swapping gave me an idea as well.
Secret melee weapon (same as AA bow) that absorbs other weapons and allows their damage types, keen and other properties swapping via a command.
Mechanics
* When using weapon's 1st special power, a conversation starts showing currently absorbed weapons and their damage types with the following options:
* 1) Absorb a new weapon (use command targeter on desired weapon).
* 2) Free already absorbed weapon.
* 3) Change the order of absorbed weapons.
* 4) Reequip any disarmed weapons.
* Absorbed weapons (or rather their damage types and properties) can be swapped by !wepex1 to !wepex# (can even add multiple tiers with varying # of slots).
* When first absorbing a weapon, the secret weapon molds itself to the shape of this first regular weapon it is used on. Only weapons of the same type can be further absorbed until the secret weapon has no absorbed weapons left.
* Any weapon buffs casted on this secret weapon are automatically applied when the loaded absorbed weapon already has the corresponding damage type.
* When player is disarmed, currently used absorbed weapon is not useable until selecting choice 4) in conversation above.
* When the weapon is slagged, currently used weapon is freed from the secret weapon in the form of unusable piece of slag.
This would be huge QoL for tanks (and for casters due to different buff mechanics), while finally dealing with 100% concealment antiexploit that is far from optimal way of fixing the too many attacks bug.
