On the last map (Rift Fortress) the combination of very high ceiling and tight hallways forces awkward camera angles to see anything. Is it possible to lower the ceiling (and possibly make the hallways little wider)? I love the steampunk style tile set btw, but would hate to see similar visibility issues in Mechanus and beyond.

Nope, sorry. I played with it a long time, and had to rework it due to some unrelated tileset issues (impassable doors for no apparent reason). I'm not in a hurry to use that tileset again as a ressult. So far, the mechanus maps are very open / easy to see - the most confined is the beholder tunnels tileset I used for the formian cog border:
