Funky. I just reinstalled to another NWN Diamond because I thought that may have been the problem. I have two boxes so I tried the 2nd box. (yes, physical boxes, I am that old).
I just tried again and it says CD Key Authentication denied.
I will leave the current version and wait to see if you can unlock that.

Nom, try using
!list bc
That will display all bank chests your account has.
!bc >name<
Gets you to a specific chest.

Thank Magecat, however, I had several chests "back in the day", but now only have DEFAULT ....and it is empty. I need my bank chest and vault linked to this new account.
