I finished a pom run last night (14 July 2020, around 2145ish), I stowed my loot, said goodnight, got called away be fore logging out and failed to get back on pc and log out. I'm not certain whether I was in or out of my bank chest, but I am certain that my chest entitled "pom" is completely missing today. I haven't had any significant transactions today, can you restore my vault?

AW just incase !bc list check to see if you might have renamed your chest by accident when it was open. I've done this occasionally by accident but was able to recall what I had renamed it maybe, check your logs?

Sorry, no. It would take many, many hours to figure out what happened to the items, if I even could.

Done the same, seems if you are in a bank chest when server reboots, you lose the chest

That's correct. Items are wiped from the database when you open it, and saved when closing. This is done to prevent items being duplicated.
We log opening and closing, so the items are theoretically retrievable, but it involves immense effort to verify that items were not removed from the chest and given out, so we do not do this in cases where players do not follow the basic rules of use (leaving chests open for long periods). We respect your time, and work to restore lost items, but we draw the line at spending hours of our time because players were careless. When a bank vault is open during a reset, it's much easier to verify lack of duplication.
