returning player, cdkey locked

I've lost my old and original cdkey for NWN1. Im using a new one atm. account is still locked for the old key. Account name is: Kamelinaama. It would be lovely to have it reset, so i could set it for new the cdkeys and get back in the saddle. It has been years.

Got the cd key cleared, thanks! But all my bank went with it . Is it possible to get it recovered?

As far as I can tell your bank items have already been transferred. Can you confirm?
