Class Edits:

Assassin:
-Added 1 DC per 5 Paragon Levels to assassin crit.
-Assassin scabbard now adds keen, and can hone offhand weapons.
-Assassins now get +1 Dexterity per 5 levels during Legendary Levels. These points will be retroactively applied to current characters on login.
-Characters with 30 pre-legendary levels of Assassin now inflict -1 parry for every 4 Legendary Levels and Paragon Levels (capping at -10). This will not stack with itself.
Ranger:
-The DC of Called Shot is now Ranger class level plus half the Ranger's Strength, Dexterity, or Wisdom (if using Zen Archery) modifier, whichever is highest. In addition, legendary and paragon Rangers receive +1 DC at Ranger 45, 55, 65, and 75. If the Ranger has the Zen Archery feat and is using it, they add an additional (Wis modifier / 6) to the DC. Even if the save succeeds, the target will still take (Ranger level including LLs / 10) points of Constitution damage.
Divine Slinger:
-All damage now scales much like the Paragon Level update given to Arcane Archers (though Slingers have a slightly slower progression). They now deal considerably more damage.
-The Farseer ego now works for Slingers.
-The baseline divine damage has been removed from the Slinger's magic bullets, and the dice of the magic bullets increased to d8 instead of d6.
Dragon Disciple:
-Breath Weapon now applys a damage resistance decrease to enemies equal to (Legendary Level / 2) of their own element and (Legendary Level / 5) of other elemental damage types.
-Breath DC has been increased by 3, plus an addition 1 for every 5 Paragon Levels. The new calculation is: 22 + (7/10ths DD Legendary Levels) + (1/5 Paragon Levels).
-Fear Aura now adds an additional -1 penalty for every 10 Paragon Levels.
-Wing Buffet now has a chance to kill wind/fume type creatures. Quasiclass XDDs got +5 dc, and non-quasis +10 dc. A -5 penalty applies to dc on checks to kill with Buffet, as compared to knockdown dc.
Shadow Dancer:
-Shadow Evade now increases character base speed by one rank (stacking with haste).
Bane Knight:
-BKs now use their full Strength score to calculate DC, instead of 9/10ths.
-BKs now get a spell penetration bonus of 1 for every 6 Paragon Levels (+3 total)
Dwarven Defender:
-Stoneguard speed has been increased from Glacial to Very Slow. The speed malus now ends immediately after exiting Stoneguard.
Lifethreader:
-Now get +1 DC per 5 Paragon Levels to threading.
Gnomish Inventor:
-Bomb and canister DCs now get +1 DC per 5 Legendary and Paragon Levels (+8 total increase).
-All damage now scales much like the Paragon Level update given to Arcane Archers (though Inventors have a slower progression). They now deal considerably more damage.
-Bolt damage types have been changed to Piercing, Electrical, Sonic, and Magical, and their damage is now integrated, not a separate packet, as with AA and DS damage.

-Easers and Cussers have been reworked to grant curse song and bard song at the GI's level, using 5/6ths of the GI's Craft Trap skill in lieu of Perform skill.
-Bombs now benefit from lore boosting to damage, but use the Craft Trap skill instead of the Lore skill.
Herald of Storms:
-Heralds now have a lowered epic/paragon spell requirement, permitting them to gain Conjuration and Enchantment epics based on their control class - either sorcerer or druid.
Weaponmaster:
-Ki Reflection now grants halved kickback to self for characters with 30 pre-legendary levels of WM. This stacks with other sources of kickback reduction.
Purple Dragon Knight:
-Oath of Wrath now gives a reroll on ability checks (NOT saves) vs. the targeted race, in addition to its other effects. PDKs get a second use per day at PDK level 5.
-Final Stand is now useable even when the PDK is knocked down.
-Knightly Valor: Having 4 or more PDK levels now grants you Tier 1 Legendary AB regardless of your control class.
-Inspire Courage now grants warchanter song / artifact-level fear immunity.
-Rallying Cry now grands 1 bonus attack per round instead of the bard song effect.
-Fear now has a DC check, equal to 15 + PDK levels + Strength Modifier + Dexterity Modifier. Its duration has changed to 2 rounds per PDK level, and it now gets one use per day per PDK level.
-Heroic Shield is now limited to one ally at a time in the same area as the PDK, and has a duration of 4 rounds per PDK level, and a new VFX.
Harper Scout:
-The Harper Scout bonus attack ability has been moved from the boots to the Tymora's Smile ability, gained at HS level 3. Characters with 5 levels of HS will gain an extra use per day at level 50, and a third use at level 70. The duration of the effect has been changed to (Dexterity Modifier + Charisma Modifier)/2.
-The old boots now remove the old ability when used. We will likely be updating both normal and moliated versions with something to make them more appealing in the future.
Miscellaneous:
-Blind Fight now qualifies a character to take LSA: Listen.
-Smiting:
--Blackguard and Paladin smites now add 1 damage die per Paragon Level of elemental and exotic damage types, and 1 damage die per 4 Paragon Levels of Esoteric damage types.
--Paladins can now smite any non-good alignment, instead of just evil alignments.
-Greater Ruin: DC has been changed as follows: 30 + caster ability modifier + 1 per each Epic, Legendary, and Paragon Spell Focus Feat, +1 if the character has a school specialization.
-Two-handed weapon damage bonus has been reduced from 40% to 20%, and the Barbarian oversize damage bonus has been reduced from 20% to 10%.
Item / Loot Edits:

-The number of encounters in Limbo has been decreased by about 20%, and the canopic spawn rate increased by about 25%, in order to offset any slowing of runs caused by class edits. This change will revert when Mechanus releases.
-Protean Weapons from Limbo now have a level 65 requirement. It will apply the first time they are swung.
-Wrap of the Dark Prince and Inadequate Perfection of Form now cast Divine Power at level 41.
-Esurient Venom from Tragidore no longer causes kickback damage from its degeneration damage.
-A number of new items have been added, including:
--New small caster items in random loot level 20, 29, and 35 tables.
--A new shield on Ruination.
--A new cloak on the Myconid Flow Guider.
--Four new items on Zorbgot.
--Four new items on the Black Pharaoh.

-Added Attack effect stacking has been reworked so that only the highest applies. This includes abilities such as Shadow Evade, Divine Wrath, Tymora's Smile, Rallying Cry, Divine Power, Tenser's, and Divine Fervor. It does not include Haste or Mass Haste.
-Divine Ferver duration has been reduced to 1 round per 4 casterlevels.
-Paragon creatures have had their paragon discipline and concentration scaling dropped by 2 points per paragon rank. An edit to player disarm is coming in the near future.
-A new !mark command has been added to allow players to pinpoint tactical positions with visual effects of 3 colors. !mark b, !mark c, !mark y, !mark o, !mark p, !mark m, and !mark v toggle between available colors. !mark clear removes all marks placed by you, which will otherwise disappear in 5 minutes.
-The baseline price for potion crafting has been changed from 5 million to 500 thousand.
Bug and Exploit Fixes:

-Corrected an error in Arcane Archer arrow damage scaling. This has resulted in 1d20 less damage at the higher levels.
-The Brazier of Painful Truth now requires you to rest while wearing it in order to use it, per the description.
-The epic spell stones in the Ruins of the Arcane Academy have been shuffled as part of as bug fix. Adjust your maps accordingly.
-Hellgate Arena no longer gives experience.
-A TMI error that would rarely fire on Excruciarchs has been fixed.
-A bug causing targets of Infestation of Maggots to always fail their saving throws has been fixed. This has also caused minibosses and bosses to be properly immune to it.
-Fixed a bug with Deacon Raholla in the Arcane Archive not dropping loot.
-Other bug and exploit fixes.

GI bolts: swapping from gi bolt 1 to bolt 2 won't work at present, but you can swap to 2 from either 3 or 4
